At least in my country no one wants the stupid covid thing ruined it for people. Now they're scared of germs or something and overuse delivery. Why lift when Russia will nuke the world?Ww3?

Covid excuse. I found out the leftists also think the vaccines don't work, but their takeaway is that because the vaccines don't work, they'll triple down on the COVID hysteria

The gym had some weird delayed effect this year.
    >1st week nothing
    >2nd week nothing
    >3rd week: first time ever seeing a line at check in, machines all taken, treadmills at capacity, parking lot full

The place actually stunk today, for the first time in my god forsaken life I smelt the gym with that many people and it smelt vile.

This is why I have better gains at home. Cancelled my membership so I don't breathe the human grime

Eat more than you think you need to. Eat until you think you're going to throw up.

Should I tailor these towards my own preference (I'm really self conscious about my skinny forearms and wrists) or are there some that you'd recommend?

Pullups, biceps curls, lateral raises, ab exercises, hamstring exercises.
          Add some forearm exercises too.

For me it’s only annoying from 7-8pm (I go anywhere from 6-9pm). So I try to aim for 730 most nights. But it wasn’t too bad this year.

I see more people on weekends than usual but the time I go 0930-1330 thereabouts, the place is dead as usual during the week. Just some boomers, a few regulars. I was concerned as I switched from home gym for 3-4 years to a commercial gym this year after getting to around 2.5/4/5.5/6.5 for a couple reps on the big four and realizing powerlifting was gay and hardcapped grinding for a 5 pound PR once a month.
