Just bought molasses

If you are not using molasses to sweet your coffee you are ngmi.
You just have to get used to the burnt taste, thats all.

I don't sweeten my coffee but if I did why would I pick this over honey? I don't think that the micronutrients in half a spoon of this stuff would be significant at all

checked and keked, first thing that came to my mind too

I do think black coffee tastes better with molasses (maybe because the "toasted" taste it gives) but I use honey for other stuff as well.

makes sense then, I can see the burnt taste pairing well with it while honey can impact the flavour too strongly for some

I use Demerara Sugar which is dark brown, very moist and heavy in molasses content for both tea and coffee, along with Condensed Milk. Perfect.
