          250ml milk and scoop of protein is like 200kcal and 25g protein.
          400g chicken 500kcal and 80g protein
          250g cottage cheese 200kcal and 40g protein

          we are already looking at ~150g of protein for under 1000kcal. seems easy to me to fit almost anything
