You’ll literally never overeat as you’ll feel perfectly satiated . And you get good micronutrients

      Also fruit is literally candy

        Fruit isn't whole food?

          >flower grows by processing nutrients from the mycilium network, sunlight and water
          >gets pollinated by bee, making it basically mutating
          >has to use the pollen, flower and more processed nutrients, sunlight and water to make fruit
          >has to pick it from the branch before you can eat it

too many levels of process, fruits are not wholefoods.

    unironically this

    >stabilizes blood sugar -> good for keeping hunger in check
    >longer digestion -> higher % of nutrients gets absorbed

Honey is a whole food and it's virtually just sugar

obviously you shouldn't just eat super sugary food
dates are also whole food and so are fruits

the point of whole foods is usually that you consume a lot of fiber
(and get more vitamins / minerals, which are often in the hull of grains of vegetables for example)

processing refers to human processing. That's like saying
              >plant a seed
              >plant grows
              >harvest vegetable
is a process, it clearly isn't.

I fricking hate kids like you bro. Honey is not processed. It's you that is dancing around words, not me.

                >A processed food is any food that has been altered in some way during preparation.

                >Food processing can be as basic as:

                >canning
                >baking
                >drying
