      For fat people or unusually lean people height in cm -> g of protein usually works better. Weight is less an in indicator than frame.

    1g of protein per LEAN body mass, not total body weight. If you're 5 foot 9 and around 150 pounds your lean body mass should be about 100 or so pounds, so you need at least 90-100g of protein a day to have good gainz
