    How do people even find out their 1RMs? I don't lift the bar unless I'm confident I can lift it off me at least 5 times, any less and you're just a moronic ego lifter

    3 is a better benchmark for saying you can do it at

    since obviously anything you can only do one rep of is gonna tear you apart in the process and you can't say you can still do it while you're in rest
