Just got my lab results. How fucked am I?

Is it possible to increase my test if I start actually exercising? This is a huge wakeup call.Taking this office job 5 years ago has destroyed me mentally and physically and I barely even realized it until now.

      Sleep I think has way more effect on general well being than diet.
      Although I never had a down right horrible diet even when i was overweight.

      For being a lazy ass you're doing pretty well. Work to get leaner, get some.magnesium,.zinc and microdose Cialis and sleep well and lift a bit and you should do great.

    Your test is fine, you just have too much SHBG. Eat more protein, like 10g of whey a day will do wonders

    1. Get a home gym and force yourself to exercise (even as a poorgay I was able to put together a decent home gym)
    2. Get a good therapist and face your inner demons and transform yourself into a better man.
    3. Change your diet.

    Reference range is just a list of averages. What matters is if you're symptomatic or not. You might be 'high' compared to the reference range and still have problems or might be 'low' and be fine.
