If you're fat it will be too difficult fyi. Otherwise its a decent enough fitness program. I run it for 3 months when I get tried of barbells. If you lift for long enough you switch things around because you get bored.

It'a good. I did it when it first came out. Word of warning, you will not get stronger which teally disappointed me. Also be sure to follow the diet guidelines UNTIL the final phase. During that one just concentrate on eating as much protein as possible and dumping carbs as opposed to just out right starving yourself like the booklet instructs. It got so bad I couldn't even make it through the leg workout until I said fuck it and starting eating piles of chickens and got my energy back. If you are looking to get shredded and follow the workout orders exactly and never miss then it works exactly as advertised.

You can find the instructional programming booklet online I imagine. The program is really designed for body composition with a very high level endurance at the end of it. I am not sure it would pair well with traditional gym routines but instead would use it as a cycle or two in your training year.

I have a cousin who married a military guy. This dude is the most yoked and jacked natty I know of. Incredible physique. He did p90x once and he moved on but the thing he still does from p90x is the ab workout circuit. It did it with him once and it was absolute hell.
We had a guy in basic training that memorized P90x in a weird autistic way. But one of our Drills found out and would have him run us through ab workout every other night.
Turned out our platoon somehow had the highest improvement on fitness.
