      not big deal i had half a 750ml of vodka a couple days ago, but i keep about 4-5 weeks between my alcohol intakes and eat less cal the rest of the week to lower average.

      This is the only reason why I want to quit drinking
      I get drunk from 1L of vodka minimum

        It's not the grain that's considered estrogenic but the hops. And in the end product it doesn't have much effect. Stuff like red wine is actually slightly more estrogenic.

    i drank 10 beers, did some coke and smoked a joint. Is a pleasing effect to just chill out with some music and friends.
    Today i work out late in the evning and only consume meat. It's not best for fitness, take it as a refeed and enjoy the liquid bread and stay low on the carbs the next two days and you'll be fine
