    Related question, because I don’t deadlift.
    I can row 215x5, how well would that translate to a deadlift? I’m 5’9, 178 as of this morning.

      Almost entirely different lifts. I would say you should be able to deadlift at least 215, but your Squat is likely a better predictor than your row.

    Deadlifts don’t matter, they’re not aesthetic and they’re easy to do. Bet your 1RM bench is 95lb
