No shit this. You will want to not do it (I don't like the way I look now why would I want pictures and to focus on my fat self), but its 100% worth taking pictures of yourself pre and post. It helps you see how far you've come. Not taking before pictures is actually one of the most common regrets when you ask people what they regret when they first started working out.
IDK, but I lifted throughout my teens and 20s and had to take a two year break in my early 30s. Once I started it took like 6 months to get back to where I was
6-8 months of rigorous exercise and high protein diet
You'll start seeing changes in your body after 2 months and they will inspire you to keep going. Just make it through the first 2 months but go fucking HARD at it
Welcome lad, also yeah do take pictures now because in a couple months if you do everything right you will have nothing to compare yourself to and undermine your results.
I never used to take pictures as a dyel skinnyfat fatty and now I'm fit and people don't believe me when I tell them I used to be a fat cunt. Lucky to have stretch marks on my back as a proof. Also do your push ups and planks
If you go hard as fuark with training, sleep and good nutrition, I'd say about 6 months until it's really noticeable, and even then, don't stop, keep going. If you don't see the results by then, it's time to tweak SOMETHING in your regimen. The women won't come pouring in, but the secondary confidence of being comfortable in your own skin does wonders.
Take progress pictures now to combat the body dysmorphia that will never go away. Also only men will pour in.
kek
this. taking photos may seem kinda retarded, but this shit really happens
Pictures is a good idea
but women do pour in, just not directly because women are pussies and are afraid to approach first
this is great advice.
as many progress pics as you can bother taking, it really does pay off.
yep
yeah about 2 months of consistency and you'll start seeing real gains, if you actually eat lots of protein at a calorie surplus unlike "hardgainers"

Because you post wojaks unironically, probably never
Started at late 24, now 28. Women won't pour in if they didn't before you started lifting. Also be prepared to feel like shit most of the time.
t. Look the best I've ever looked but feel like shit about my body constantly
>the women start pouring in
who’s gonna tell him?
