    >groin
you're just sore, it'll get better
    >back pain
maybe there is something with your technique?
lower the weight and focus on doing clean reps. over time your back will get stronger and more stable
    >wrist pain
again, technique issue. when benching, are your knuckles pointing at the wall behind you? they should be pointing directly upwards
a cue that's commonly taught is to imagine you're punching the ceiling

Assuming your technique is fine, the soreness and pain will lessen over time. Consistency is key. Keep grinding

I think so. I read that was good form so I've trying to do. Also it's not just soreness, my groin hurt immediately after the workout last time.

Is there any point to not using a chair at the bottom of a squat?

Groin pain is your hip flexors, it's not soreness and you shouldn't ignore it. Give them a break and stop squatting heavy for a little while. Try doing sets of 12 with a really narrow stance. Seems to be a little easier on them.

      This.
Also, the hack squat machine is not as hard on your hip flexors as the regular squat in general. You should give it a try
