I got the vax but no boosters. Not just the govt. and the people, but the vax manufacturers themselves aren't interested in the vaccine rigmarole anymore. Of course, we didn't have the Mode RNA or Pfizer vax, but the traditionally-cultured one. The West really seems hell-bent on prolonging the theatrics.
try meditation. it helped me stay smoke free for more than a year now.
I mean I still wanna smoke and light a slim one but I just don't do it. What do they put in cigarettes that I still crave cigarettes and will probably for a life time?
Maybe cigs are different but “quitting” vapes really isn’t difficult at all. If I’m going through a stressful time period like finals recently I’ll go pick up a disposable one and use it until it dies and then I can throw it away and go for months without issue. I certainly feel very minor withdrawals initially but they’re gone literally within a few days and largely mitigated by just eating some extra food or drinking a little. I feel like the addictive nature of nicotine is wildly exaggerated to make you avoid even trying to go without it in the first place. I think both caffeine and weed are far more addictive and hard to kick because they have tangible long term effects on your mood, energy level etc
This, when I was a smoker I would get winded and start coughing from walking up a flight of stairs. I've been vaping for years now and go on long 10 mile hikes every weekend without breaking a sweat. Still plan on quitting at some point because I get headaches if I don't do it.
I used to smoke a few cigarettes then ride my bike for 10miles 3 or 4 times a week for cardio, When i was done with the 10miles id smoke another cigarette as i cooled off.
I eventually switched vaping though (after smoking cigarettes for 20 yesrs) i enjoy smoking though and will prob never quit vaping.
yet another shitty, off-topic thread made by a DYEL
vaping is good if it helps you off the cigarettes, period. obviously don't start vaping if you don't smoke. that's all there is to it
Should I start vaping again? I feel absolutely no different than when I quit 2 years ago, but I’m much less productive. It was so drastic when I switched from cigarettes to vaping but switching from vaping to nothing has yielded nothing
Is there any evidence of negative health effects from vaping out yet? Everyone knows guys get fricked if there is vitamin E in the fluid, but I’d like to know if there is any general health trends I should be aware of from using clean vape juice. I have not noticed any change in health and it seems too good to be true.
Vapor in the lungs is obviously bad but it beats smoke. There's really no way to know the long-term effects yet. Will it give us cancer, or worse? Who knows. Millennials and zoomers are the first generations to choose vaping over smoking. They're the lab rats for this one.
It clearly damages your lungs by some amount
Anyone who goes from never smoking/vaping to starting vaping can feel this
How severe the damage is I have no idea
Not many reliable long-term studies but medgays anticipate vapers to have more heart issues than the non-vaping population. Also saw a study showing vapers who have never smoked cigs suffer from erectile dysfunction/impotence as much as regular smokers.
Nicotine damages the blood vessels in your heart. It’s not harmless. Not great for circulation. Much safer than inhaling all that carbon material with cigarettes, but not harmless.
Get the vax instead. And many boosters.

Vaping got me off the smokes and my cardio improved and the chest pains stopped
trips of truth same here. do you still vape ? think I'm going full on nicotine free for the new year only do it at night currently
I do, I may taper down eventually tho.
Good luck anon. Hope I do the same too. Still feel 100x better than when I smoked boges that's for sure. And I smoked for a LONG time

Vaping thc got me off beer and made me healthier in virtually every way.
Pick your poison wisely anons.
I smoke pipe tbh, have one of those herb heating pipes on the way
>Started vaping THC for ~6 months before quitting
>Dick shrunk about half an inch and is also less girthy
Is it over or can I still make a comeback? If so, how?

anon. As I said I feel healthier by every metric however smoking never ever made me cough, but I do sometimes after inhaling a vape.
