Wake up at 330a for the last few years for work. Now I rarely sleep in past 4ish on the weekends. I typically go to bed around 8p. It kind of sucks. I will wake up early on Saturday, nothing's open so do laundry and lift or bike, back in time that.grocery stores are now finished stocking shelves so do that. Then take a nap at like 10a and miss lunch.
I hope every ex special forces homosexual that uses their experience to be a celebrity gets shot and killed by some random untrained Black person in the street
Honestly I can only go to the gym in the morning as it feels right to me. My sleep shed just sucks. I fell asleep twice today and woke up at 10pm. I'm gonna stay up and go to the gym around 5am and go to sleep around 9pm. I should get super sleepy around 2pm tho so the real challenge is not napping. Wish me luck.

it just naturally started for me like a week ago, i go to bed at 1am , wake up at 530-6 ish naturally, feel great. i used to sleep 8-10 hrs and felt like absolute shit . wtf is wrong with me?
you might be right, i quit fast food like a month ago, no soda, just water tea and black coffee. I do cook pretty hefty meals and have a burger patty with egg in the morning with sauted jalepenos,garlic and tomatoes.
to add: before I quit I would eat mcdonalds daily, and crush a large pizzas few times a week. I also ditched alchohol, weed, coke - just smoke cigs still

no, I went to sleep my usual time which is midnight and I usually wake up at 7:30 for work.

I have been waking up 2-3 hours before my alarm so I've been enjoying an early morning smoke. It is pretty nice. Maybe that's why I keep waking up now

did you change your diet? The less carbs and grain (bread) you consume, the better your health and sleep gets

I woke up at 6 am, remembered I had forgotten to take my laundry out of the machine and went back to sleep after dealing with it
I stopped drinking alcohol and now I no longer wake up at 5:30am. I never wanted to be up that early.
