Just wondering, is there any exercise that cannot be cheated with momentum or bad form?

Seated ohp, db bench when you make the weights have to tap the chest/shoulder at the bottom of the rep. Lunges if you make the rear knee rest on the floor every rep a second.

I think ohp can be cheated with momentum, at least they are easier for me when doing it fast

Have you tried it seated though? You really can't get all that extra up without the butt and knees. Once you're stuck in the bottom of the rep you're staying there. The only way to cheat it is to use limited rom and avoid that 'difficulty pocket' .

99% of people who do seated ohp turn it into a incline bench. The only way to properly do it is to have nothing to lean against, i.e. sit on the middle of a flat bench. But people don't do that since most seated OHP people are just coping with sucking at standing OHP, and the version without leaning checks their ego even more

I've never tried lunging but I remember hearing doing that is dangerous, is it true?

Not particularly if you control your eccentric and don't crash your knee into the floor. Most people do bad reps of lunges and bss though. The "hack" or rather just the correct way to do them is to start from the bottom of the rep. Get your front leg in a posistion where your front foot is straight and your femur is parallel to the floor. Then grab the weights and rep out on one side first. People who do alternating sides always do at least 3 or 4 shit reps a set because of inconsistent foot placement. But if you find that front foot position first everything about the form falls in line this applies to bss too.

This is the dumbest shit I've ever seen. Kettlebells are a great tool but kb enthusiast are almost universally morons.
      >kettlebell press (good movement) but with a chromosome missing
      >farmers walk but without even the challenge of walking and loaded with at most 16kg each side
      >front squats for anorexic women
Do a fecking snatch for chrissakes.

Those are good movements, maybe you don't know how to generate static force to utilize your muscles in those postures and maybe you need to learn how to hold in your breath.

        > Muh Snatch.

If I'm gonna do mobile movements like that I'll just stick to long cycle.

One thing, for the press, having the kb turned upwards makes it a great stability movement

42% of US adults are obese. Not even overweight. I'm not talking about people who are a little chubby. I'm talking about fat fricks. Soon there will be more fat fricks than any other category of people.

What this means is that if you're doing any exercise with honest effort, even if you're doing it completely wrong which makes it 10% effective, you're way ahead of the curve.

Do not let homosexuals here discourage you by saying "uuuuuuh you're doing this wrong" because unless you're a professional, if you're doing any exercise that leaves you tired, you're good
