      I have been doing pull ups everyday for the past 2.5 years at 72 kilos
      I started heavier at 80 kg
      Went down to 68 kgs
      Still did them 6 times a week for years with the longest period without a pull up being 3 days during a a vacation trip
      My elbow are fine fragile homosexual

    Natty, weighted calisthenics is just as good as bodybuilding.

    he's only 185 at 6'2, don't get me wrong it's a decent amount of mass but not even close to the natty limit. at 6'2 you can get over 200 pounds lean.

    I don't think someone with his knowledge and more than a decade of training would only have this much mass if he was juicing. It doesn't make sense.

      What do you do for legs? Thinking of doing calisthenics for upper body and keeping barbell squats and deadlifts for legs

        if you have access to a gym definitely make use of it for upper body, there's no reason to stick to weights or calisthenics, mixing them will be better.

        For legs there's not much you can do with calisthenics. As soon as you can bang out pistol squats/sissy squats for reps then it becomes obsolete in terms of progressive overload. Nordics are good but they're hamstring only.

        So definitely go with squats and deadlifts. Front squats and RDLs as accessory lifts

        During the summers I'll do calisthenics, and for legs I do sprints and jumps (vertical and horizontal), and some light jogging. Keeps them decently muscular but also functional.

        Ignore legs, they're overrated. You're not going to build a giant upper body with just bodyweight exercises so you don't need to worry about looking top heavy.

      Pointless arguement. Basically not a single social media influencer is above the "theoretical calculated natty limit". They are all roided to the gills but if you pluck in the numbers their FFMI is within the theoretical natural limit.

    Who knows, but it's a realistic physique to strive for. Just lift weights though. You might maybe possibly get a physique this good if you lift. If you do calisthenics? You're just handicapping yourself. If you want an actually impressive physique, your only hope is not sabotaging yourself any step of the way by limiting yourself to bodyweight exercises, even if they're weighted.

    He also used to, and still might, do weighted barbell movements because he has a full gym setup and offers personal training. At the very least, it gave him a solid base to work off of.
