      Can you squat 180kg everyday?

I think his max was 200 or 210 or something, like half a year ago and he overtrained so hard that switched to front squats for a while and now back to high bar but still not even trying to lift heavier than the weight he can do for 10+ reps. Brilliant way to get stronger lmao

His issue isn't the fact that he's squatting every day. It's the fact he's using set and rep schemes that don't cause enough stimulation to drive any sort of fatigue and further adaption, he's just doing sets and reps in his comfort zone and is unwilling to do something like AMRAPs. I think if he just did one to two hard and heavy sets to failure or 1 RIR of failure he would probably benefit better from that than what ever he's doing now.

He's been doing AMRAP sets of 180kg every 3 days recently

Hes been AMRAPing 180Kg for the last 6 months lmao, this every 3 day thing is what he started recently, but earlier in the year for months he did it everyday

      >It's the fact he's using set and rep schemes that don't cause enough stimulation to drive any sort of fatigue and further adaption
This is exactly the problem. People say squatting every day is no problem if you properly manage fatigue with intensity and volume.
Except that because he's doing it everyday, he can't use both intensity that will help him grow further while still recover enough to squat everyday.

Then he couldn't squat every day.
