Paleo/Atkins/Keto whatever you want to call it, is autism incarnate. Nothing more, nothing less. Short men are people who didn't eat their vegetables as children. The picky eaters of life. I've never met a short lifter that had a diverse diet.

Cope article written by a manlet autist with chicken nugget palate. Norsemen we're giants compared to their victims. Mercilessly mogged the men of the British Isles and elsewhere. Vegetables were an integral part of their diet. Highly coveted foodstuffs. Shut up and eat your vegetables.

Literally, eat some vegetables. The Viking Rus that founded Russia got mogged by Mongols because they didn't have access to a diverse brotein diet.

The Mongols brought their herds of cows and sheep with them on campaigns. When herds were unavailable, the horsemen would hunt (dogs, marmots and rabbits) or subsist on dried milk curd, cured meat and both fresh and fermented mare's milk.

Doubt it. Unless you had to take Prednisone on a regular basis your probably fine. Inhaled steroids don't reach high enough concentrations to affect the skeleton.

I'm taking this daily for the last 12 years, my doc which is a relative aswell and pneumonogist told me the same thing that the cortisol inside is not a lot to cause damage, and my asthma thank god is well under control now but i don't think it played zero role. my mom is 163cm tho and her brother is 172cm, guess iwas unlucky?

Genetics can be a b***h sometimes. I was on Flovent (fluticasone) daily as a kid as well. I'm a good 15 cm taller than both my parents. My parents took food very seriously , and I only had fast food maybe once a couple of months. I think diet plays a bigger role.

There is a time and place for keto, but shouldn't be eaten forever, just like any diet.

Why not? The only "downside" you'll encounter is that you'll eventually become intolerant to carbs, (which some people are already to begin with), but that can be reversed by reintroducing them progressively.

Didn't know getting a rash was part of diabetes
Getting dizzy when you don't eat your carbs, that's a sign of diabetes, or at least high insulin resistance. Diabetes 2 is basically very high insulin resistance.

Yes you're describing diabetes symptoms all along. Why not educate yourself about it instead of thinking there's some "carb intolerance" that's totally not diabetes. Let me guess you're a ketolard.

    dis order
to eat in a manner which defies order
order is a human value subjectively applied
there is no optimal human nutrition when viewed from far enough back as there is too much malicious influence upon the nutritional industry, marketing industry and "science" industry.
with so much fog of war applied to something we do everyday of our lives it is best to use the approach of empiricism. self experimentation.
within 2-3 years one can apply and document a variety of diets for sufficiently long enough to gauge their effectiveness to obtain an order which suits their needs.
those years will pass by irregardless, may as well do something useful with them.

It's a cleverly marketed fraudulent fad diet that flips reality on its head by mostly misquoting what their alleged sources actually say. Nothing else. Its pushers also have meat and dairy industry ties, making it a de facto animal product marketing front that is able to push untrue health claims about them via legal loophole excusing diets from punishments for doing so while food industry is not. Don't you think they wouldn't print the "health benefits" of meat keto shills say on huge letters on meat packaging if there were even a speck of truth behind keto claims? Keto shills are worse than terrorists by bodycount they cause and must be punished accordingly. Waterboard and electrocution.

      >Don't you think they wouldn't print the "health benefits" of meat keto shills say on huge letters on meat packaging if there were even a speck of truth behind keto claims?
As if every meat eater is even trying to get into ketosis.
Lemme guess you eat the sugary cereals because the packaging says it's healthy?
If you study nutrition and read the books you read, in the first month you learn that a fat based diet is healthier and more sustainable if you work an office job and don't do any hard physical activity such as running, lifting weights or do a sport.
Different diets, different goals, different results.

You can't read very well. Why aren't meat producers printing the health benefits that keto shills allege meat has on packaging? Because the claims keto shills say are not true, that's why.

Because people eat meat anyway? Lmao wtf is your point. Doesn't say the benefits of broccoli on the packaging on broccoli either does it?

My point is the alleged health benefits are not true. Meat industry would advertise the hell out of the health benefits to increase sales if any were true.

It's cute how you think ice age caucasians were able to eat a BaLaNcEd diet including carbohydrates to avoid lengthy windows of ketosis.

I don't do "keto", i just eat animals regardless of their carb content, but you are low IQ as frick - literally a moron - if you think that carb-based diets are natural.
