Some good advice for you lad, protein is good, but don’t shy away from carbs, complex carbs loaded with fiber are great for a cut and help you stay full and improve performance when combined with good protein sources and a bit of good fat like butter or olive oil. Overly restrictive diets don’t work and tend to lead you to failure, it’s better to have sustainable lifestyle changes that allow you to maintain your goal body and weight instead of having to make extreme shifts
