This is better than stressing about avoiding X or Y foods which probably causes more harm to your body than the actual food

        >Here, we show on two different KDs that mice accumulate senescent cells in the normal tissue of multiple organs. We chose these two different KDs, Crisco versus cocoa butter–based, because these two diets contain very different ratios of saturated versus unsaturated fatty acids.
        ...
        >C57BL/6 male mice at 35 to 42 days old (or roughly 6 weeks) and weighting at least 15 grams were randomly assigned to either a control diet (17% calories from fat, 25% from protein, and 58% from carbohydrate) or a KD (90.5% calories from fat, 9.2% from protein, and 0.3% from carbohydrate) (Table 1) fed ad libitum and then euthanized after 7 or 21 days. The primary fat source in this KD was hydrogenated vegetable shortening (Crisco), with ~84% unsaturated fatty acids and 14% saturated.
        ...
        >To verify that the apparent increase in cellular senescence was caused by KD, and not by a specific diet composition, including the percentages of saturated versus unsaturated fatty acids, we put mice on a cocoa butter–based KD from Research Diets Inc. (90% calories from fat, 10% from protein, and 0% from carbohydrate), with roughly 40% unsaturated fatty acids and 60% saturated.

Just ignore the bullshit and go with WHAT WORKS. KETO WORKS. No bullshit "studies" can deny the results. They tried the same bullshit with Erythritol and tried to blame the vax bloodclotting on it.

Both ketolards and carnischizos have severely accelerated aging and every single study has shown this.

The reason why some guys do these diets is because they just like drinking lard so they will only listen to these con-men on YouTube who have literally zero qualifications and look like they are with one foot in the grave.

It's a quite interesting form of mental illness really.

Keto is over 2,000 years old and used to treat a laundry list of shit. We're never going to stop hearing about it. Right now, there's a frickton of studies flooding into it because its apparently a way to lift autism symptoms to varying degrees. Big pharma is doing their best to restrain it, and funding for research is bare minimum because there's no money to be made since everyone has access to food. But they can't control the internet. And here we are.

I strongly suspect this big push to make meat harder to come by is somehow bank rolled by big pharma. Back in the first half of the 20th century, keto was already making waves as an anticonvulsant (stops seizures) but big pharma showed up with a pill that was effective and still let people eat cake so they shut down that wave. They're probably scared shitless right now since they can't lock down the narrative.

Anyone, again, point being - get used to hearing the word "keto". It will never go away. The cat's out of the bag.

Oh, and every anti-keto thread you see is a big pharma shill. No one hates keto enough to make threads about hating it. Why would anyone do that? No one gives a frick what other people are eating. Only if they're fat. Would YOU take the time to make a thread about hating keto without an agenda? Think about it.

Keto guys are easy to troll and vegans are a thing. But I don't think big pharma even cares about keto since it's allowed to be predominant on YouTube right now

They're really worried that people are catching on to their tricks. They're worried people might become healthy by avoiding seed oils and grains.
