I’ve lifted quite a few times in my life. I did for about 3 months straight when I was in Afghanistan. That was the most consistent I ever was but I’ve lifted on and off for close to a decade. I just don’t enjoy doing it, not hating, just how I am.
assuming you mean your hitting a punching bag here is a simple workout:
round 1:
jab cross jab cross 5 push ups
jab cross jab cross 10 squats
jab cross jab cross 20 mountain climbers
rest 30 seconds
repeat 5 times.
round 2:
set a timer for 2 mins and do:
jab cross hook, jab jab cross, lead hook cross lead hook(in this order then once you done just start over again for the full 2 mins).
set timer for 1 min and do:
jump rope or jumping jacks for the full minute
rest 1 min
repeat 3 times;
round 3 and last round:
jab cross cross lead hook cross lead hook cross.
5 burpees
sprint across the room;
repeat 3 times then rest 1 min
repeat the whole thing another 3 times.
remember this is just a simple workout, it isn't meant to get you ready for a fight or even to teach you proper fighting combos and staging
0.8 - 1g protein, 2 - 3g cards and 0.3 - 0.5g of fat per lbs of body weight, weight yourself everyday and average it out every week, if you want to gain more weight add more cards and fat, if you want to lose weight lower cards and fat.
I personally would recommend a big carb meal before your workout and high protein meal after, also consider getting a intra workout drink to drink while you workout, all it is is basically a drink with a lot of carbs to give you a spike of energy in the middle of your workout, i recommend getting a complex card powder that you add to water but you could also get a sugary drink like Gatorade
>the blonde one
Damn, it is not just about the face for women. Blonde screams sex appeal far louder than any of the others despite not being the prettiest. Is it the same for men?
What's the weight on the standing bag? They're typically too light weight to get a good workout. Go to the gym with a real heavy bag, get weighted gloves (34oz) to train hand speed, 3 minute rounds 2 minute rest until exhaustion. Practice good footwork and stance and slip after every punch or combo. IST will b***h for not vanity lifting but trust me if you're consistently beating the shit out of the heavy bag every girl in the gym will eye frick you every time you enter. I literally never lift other than some resistance bands at home, just 60 minutes cycling and then boxing. Women don't want a model, they want a bad man. If you throw hands with violent intentions, the rest will follow
It weighs 1kg empty and I filled the bottom up with water but I don’t know if that qualifies as good resistance. I didn’t know about weighted gloves I’ll buy some thanks anon.
If you're getting weighted, ring to cage on Amazon is the way to go. They're a little pricier but I've busted so many pairs of Everlast and my r2c are easily the most durable I've ever had.

The weight in the bottom is only meant to keep it upright. There's practically no resistance so at best you're getting pure cardio instead of boxing at its finest: strength and conditioning. Those abs BOBs are great for practicing technique but if you want traps like Bane you need to hit 100lbs bags.
Lol no worries. If you search for 34 oz you'll see them and 50 oz available on there. It's like $150 but they're durable. Again, this is about hand speed not actual muscle building. If you wear those for 3 months straight, when you return to 16 oz gloves you will have Pacquiao like quickness. But start slowly with them, don't tax yourself to much or your back is going to fricking hurt the next day.

We’ll I bought the 34oz. I better stick to this now that I’m spending the big bucks. Do you only use the bags at your gym or do you own your own too? I don’t think the my nearest gym has them and I kind of live in the country so I’d like my own. Any recs?

I used to have my own heavy bag but had to get rid of it when I moved to an apartment in the city. Now just the gym.
women make and raise children which is arguably the most noble and important profession (if they’re not moronic formula using, drop the kids off at school type moms)
Do at least a half hour a day of intense cardio, then just be generally moving about a lot the rest of the time.
Eat mostly plants, especially oranges, apples, pineapples, kiwi fruit, celery, lettuce, tomatoes - stuff with a lot of water and fibre and almost no fat and protein.
>started boxing a stand
Don't get me wrong, cardio boxing is great and a lot of fun and will blow up your forearms - but why not take actual boxing classes?
just have an HWD
it's the only thing these girls want
>just have an HWD
>it's the only thing these girls want
This color or size of your dick doesn't matter (I guess a micropene might). All that matters is can you maintain hand.
I saw something sort of like this tonight there were some zoomer kids with their girls and a couple Black folk we're trying to seduce them. The nerve
>Not interested in lifting
Leave, twink
Damn gets trying to seduce me. Sorry bros lifting is fricking boring to me.
>boring
You haven't even tried.

>putting a 2 on the b***h with the misshapen chunky tit and flab roll on her back
Look dumb-dumb, from left to right it goes like this:
3, 6, 5, 4, 1, 2
if none of them are vegan then it's a no go for me regardless of how they look.

Also what brand of boxing gloves do you like best?

They are pretty pricey but that’s okay. Is 18 oz the heaviest they sell?
Sorry I’m moronic you said 34oz

Why do women usually have friends of a similar attractiveness level but this isn’t really the case with men?
Men typically form "doing" friendships, women don't do shit they're literally just holes that exist and spend money that's it.
women make and raise children which is arguably the most noble and important profession (if they’re not moronic formula using, drop the kids off at school type moms)

Only the good ones do though.
Yes
Hot and refined as frick

High maintenance as frick

Cheerleader effect in full force here, look at them individually and they are actually average and in some cases ugly...
