> Muh long arm cope.
Lanklets coping hard. Just do some dip bar/push up handle handstands then, you got the advantage in those over short-armed people.
Ringpill me. I have them for rows but I don't see the benefit of using them for pullups or dips instead of bars. Is there any functional, or shoulder health, or strength, or aesthetics benefit? Those are things I care about, I don't really care about "ah it's wayyy cooler than regular pullups". Coming across a bar to use is a lot more common anyway.
>Ring dips are superior in every possible way >Ah it's wayyy cooler
Did you find strength progressed more rapidly on ring dips vs bar, or that it was a better accessory for other pressing strength? Or that you got better hypertrophy than bar dips? Or does it just feel better on your shoulders? Or is there some mechanism of shoulder health that you think makes em better?
I get pain in the back of my left shoulder when I do ring dips. Shits unfortunate. Don't have the same issue with bars. Pull ups and rows are great though.
This, but from landing on my shoulder after falling from being thrown in the air from a tackle. I can pull down ok, but when raising back up feels like my shoulder clunks out of place
egolifters
I ego lift in lat pulldowns doe
>makes you wider
>free bicep gains
>filters dyels
Fuck these are awesome bros
dyels
Im dyel and I do these
Also DYEL and I do that cause I can't do pull ups yet
Yeah man both are fucking wicked. My buddy is unironcially a pro bodybuilder and he made a lot of his back gainz from weighted pull-ups!
That’s okay man. If you’re a decently big guy and horsecocking big weight around that’s perfectly acceptable. How much you repping?
Someone watched too much ricky sticky
filters fatties*
More like filters heavy and long arms people
A manlets favourite exercise

Ring pullups save your wrists and shoulders from Snap City.
Ring dips are superior in every possible way. You'll understand this once you try them.
How the hell do you snap your wrist and shoulders from pull ups? What the fuck are you talking about?
You won't snap anything, but you can get injured doing dips because of the way your wrists and shoulders are meant to turn
Ok but I'm asking about this statement
>Ring pullups save your wrists and shoulders from Snap City
>Ring dips are superior in every possible way

>bar can slip into butthole
>penis can slip into ring
using bars is gay. using rings is chad.

post body
These are better

haha you look like a fag there
>filters egolifters
I take it you've never seen a dyel do 70kg on this machine, swaying his body with a rowing machine-like motion?
Yeah and he makes zero gains so therefor he gets filtered like a bitch
>filters egolifters
90% of the time i see anyone do thee they use shit form with too much weight. No one know how to actually do these
This is the sad truth.
Ah, he is grabbing where I grab for pulldowns. I love these. Maybe in a while I will switch to close grip, or supinated pulldowns.
Both Arnold and Dorian say that close grip chin ups or close grip supinated rowing motions are the best.
I feel nothing doing this. Not sure what is wrong.
How about doing it with picrel?
They hurt my shoulder bc I separated it in a skateboarding accident :/
This, but from landing on my shoulder after falling from being thrown in the air from a tackle. I can pull down ok, but when raising back up feels like my shoulder clunks out of place
I do these but dont really feel directly what they are working. Only pull probably 110lbs for 3x12
Stop pulling with your arms stiffen the body/arms pull your arms as if when rowing.
Independent arm lat pull-down is superior
