      i have barely ever done them besides half assed at the end of a lift sometimes and i think my delts are decently sized. yours look more defined for sure though.

    if you ever had to "spam lateral raises" or do excessive amounts of lateral raises, you are a framecel and wont ever be wide.

          1. 65kg (the actual weight on the bar) is less than 145 lbs, not 155
          2. He doesn't even do full ROM

            full ROM on that exercise would do basically nothing for delts but it does lead to impingement easily. the stretched position is the most important, the contracted position the least important. his ROM goes from stretched to over half way contracted so he's getting most of the gains to be had from that particularly exercise.

    I can't believe I used to defend this insufferable homosexual here. He's fully gone down the tuber rabbit hole now, there's nothing salvageable about his content anymore. Every single video is some deliberately moronic contrarian point to farm maximum reactionary views and comments to play the algorith. He has nothing to offer in terms of advice, he just repeats points he made in an earlier video.
    For me the tipping point was the hilarious video he made talking about he became a legend in his town because nobody knew what exercise was and he was the only one they'd ever seen jogging or doing pullups.

    He's half-right. Spamming lateral raises, let alone any exercise, will not work for any muscle group. There is a requisite intensity for growth. However, you can grow your delts completely with lateral raises.

    Can't watch vid, at work. But spamming ANY exercise doesn't work. The muscle needs the volume that it needs & that could be one set or eight or two or five or whatever. Trying to just do a shitload of sets on a movement doesn't work unless the muscle was already going to respond well to that particular number of sets.
