    Heavy as frick DB rows (the shit where you have to cheat a bit to hit 10 reps with it)
    Moderate weight DB rows done face down on a low incline bench (rowing into the hip more vs. pulling upward to maximize lat activation)
    Weighted pull-ups
    1-arm pulldowns done at about 25-45 degrees while sitting backward on a fully vertical incline bench
    Cable tower pullovers aka lat prayers
    Hit 10-12 sets for lats twice a week, eat more, and if you don't gain using most of these movements, then either your form sucks, you're not eating enough, or you're not actually alive.
