Nobody also said that getting show ready lean is good for your hormones. But being lean is. Your testosterone levels are higher with low bodyfat aka like 10-12% than at >20%

    I would classify myself as a casual lifter, I am definitely stronger than the average person, I am tall (about 6'4") so filling to actually look the part took a lot longer, especially since I started from skinnyfat.
    lifting super heavy and having a thick body hasn't really ever been a desire and honestly I am fine building up as I age anyway. most dudes here will grow out of the whole "being thin and aesthetic" thing anyway as they get older and have longer exposure to HGH and DHT. sure you can be lean but if you lift and eat right, eventually you will fill out anyway. most people are fine with just being healthier and stronger than most people. really not that complicated.

          Bearmode is quite simply optimal for naturals. 15-20% BF is not just better for recovery and performance in the gym, but maximizes hypertrophy. What you morons need to get through your thick skulls is that you can just cut AFTER you bulk. If you think the lean look is cool, than that's great, but you're not actually going to achieve a great physique by maingaining trying to never lose your six-pack. That's how you end up eternally spinning your wheels. You NEED to bulk dude.
