>Worrying about CNS
You have to fall into one of the following categories to worry about frying your CNS;
1- You are an advanced lifter who is already very strong and likes to lift heavy
2- You are a noob who consumes way too many YouTube videos about science and theory, but don't know how to properly train yet
>do RDLs and DLs constantly >hamstrings look like spaghetti >get injured so start doing leg curls as a replacement >hamstrings blow up
Why did nobody tell me about this before
>Leg presses tend to fry people's CNS pretty easily
Huh? It's true that you can go to failure far more easily and safely than in squats, but the fatigue they cause is MUCH less intense.
Hmm, I tend to train to failure quite often and getting sick after leg press days was so common for me that I just stopped doing it. Plus I constantly felt exhausted. I did leg presses Mike Israetel style with a huge focus on ROM tho, so maybe my variation was more fatiguing.

wonder what her clit looks like
probably looks Canadian
Like a dog?
Leg presses tend to fry people's CNS pretty easily so I'd rather opt for a squat variation and add a hip hinge motion, but other than that, seems fine

I don't more than that. I need that. I will never have a leg press, leg curl, and leg extension machine in my garage and it's driving me insane.
isn't leg pressing and leg extentions redundant? Both targeting the quads right?
Squats and leg press don't do much for the tear drop. Extensions do
sexo
im so glad patty is gone and this chick is now all over the board
Natasha was popular way before patty was tbf.
Natasha is one of the most boring people on the planet. Patty is one of the most annoying. Surely some femoid out there can find a happy medium.
That's fine for leg day. But you're going to go Trex mode without upper body.
>machine machine machine
Yeah, I'm going to need more. A barbell.
