Legitimate goal

Gentlemen, I finally got an answer! Well, I’ve been on my weight loss journey for about three months now, and I’ve lost like 30 some odd pounds, I have an exactly had an idea of what I wanted my end goal to look like. This is because, while I PERSONALLY knew what I found attractive on a female, and what I wanted my body to look like, I was not sure at all, if that would line up with what my husband wanted me to look like.

He literally married me, he literally owns me, and the least I can do for him, having to put up with me all the time is, give him something pleasant to look at and hold at night. It is absolutely up to him at the end of the day, what I should look like. That being said! For years, I just got an answer of “you’re fine as you are” and other classic hits such as

and who could forget fan favorites like

But it last I finally got a real answer, and better than just an answer I actually was able to get him to pick from a variety of women what he would say his absolute ideal female partner looks like. But… how do I become her? He said I can be her if I do a ton of calisthenics and be a cardio bunny and eat at a heavy deficit, but the gym Thot pages say lift heavy and til failure at a slight surplus. I also know Women Like ladder kicking and frequently give incorrect advice. I don’t plan on moving my calorie deficit AT ALL any time soon, however I do need to know if I should lift heavy till failure or calisthenics till failure… before I waste time and effort.

    Yes btw, I’m very very very aware I’ll need to save up for a boob job in a few years and almost certainly loose skin removal. But that’s all for nothing if I haven’t achieved the muscle tone and fat loss I need. I know I’ll have disturbing skin forever, but at least in a dimly lit room I’ll look human.

      Again, I’m really really failing to understand why you can’t just focus hard on lower body to build muscle and maintain a light fat layer over top of it. Is sone of this genetic? Sure. But I already hold a lot of fat in my lower body and I’m sure I can gain enough muscle to tone my figure better and get to a low enough body fat to not be a walrus.

      She has the collagen to afford being a pig you don't, simple as.
      Height and weight.
      But my guess is you would have to lose 45lbs before being in a workable state.

          Have been doing push-ups to build the fundamentals of chest, but I know enough about female anatomy to know it won’t fix the issue and it won’t fix my torn ligaments. I’m just fricked.

          Been tracking, after 9 weeks I was able to fully get a big picture of my micros, macros, and where I was falling short. Now I aim to stay at 1000cal or lower and as high protein as possible for what I can “afford” to eat. Been working well. I dunno how many years it’ll take… but I DO know that once I get to my goal, I want to stay there a full year before I get any surgery to make sure my body is in the best condition it can be and I’ve absolutely lost all the extra fat I can, and MOST IMPORTANTLY that I can maintain it.           This is not to discourage you. Just keep in mind that you are not her. Doesn't mean you can't get great results, but you won't become like her without having what she has.

          Keep losing weight. Lift hard. Eat well. You will most likely need some sort of skin reduction surgery once you get to your goal weight/bf%. It will be a hard earned journey but as a woman 85% of the battle is just losing weight.

          I DID have a good figure, MCR upon a time that was still way too fatty. I have to believe I can do it. I have to believe I can be the very best version of me, and that the best version of me can be his most ideal attractive mate.

        Well, before we had babies, this IS close to what I looked like. Picrel is actually me.             diet (plenty protein)
            exercise (cardio and resistance)
            sleep properly
            quit alcohol
            no drugs/smoke etc
            drink plenty water
            moisturise

              Thanks anon, it’s been a hell of a lot of progress over the months and I know I’m not NEARLY done, I’ve got at minimum another 20-25lbs to go. Routine described is close to my loose routine, but he’s also made it clear that too fat is gross (where I started/am), thin is gross (any visible bones, any less ass than I’ve got now), BUT too muscular is also gross (bulky muscular). So I’m not entirely sure how much I can get away with… unfortunately I do already have a tattoo I got when I was a dumbass kid, but it’s not worth removing. I already know I’m gonna need at LEAST boobie repair surgery, skin… ahhh I’m not sure since I’ve still got so much fat attached. I’ll have to just save as much as I can and decide once my body is low enough fat. If I can replace this last 20lbs of fat with muscle I think I might make it.

      Well, before we had babies, this IS close to what I looked like. Picrel is actually me.     You sound sane and sensible, so I will reply.
    1) Congrats on the weight loss. Truly a great job, You will need to lose more, which I say out of pragmatism, not to insult. But more fat loss is required. The good news is that know that a) it can be done and b) how to do it. Keep going.
    2) Start saving for plastic surgery. You may or may not need it, but the extras skin may need to be dealt with. Start saving NOW and you can enjoy the results of the surgery later.
    3) You need to lift. God blessed you with decenyly muscular legs. You dont appear to have been cursed with bad fat distribution on legs. You look pretty good. Now get to great by getting strong, STRONG and strong in squats, lunges and deadlifts. Overhead presses, bench presses and seeking to do some chinups will also help you. Muscle on a lean, in shape woman provides shape and good curves. It will also fill out the loose skin situation you may have on buttocks and back. Again, legs look pretty good, but build some hammies and some quads and you can stop traffic.
    4) Youve got great skin color. Very nice. No tattoos, please. They are fiucking ugly and miss dream body doesn't have them You shouldn't' either.

        do swimming or biking then! most sane people dont really like cardio, the best cardio is the one that makes you wanna have a nice day the least! and if you absolutely hate all options, the next best thing is to get on a treadmill/stairmaster, put some entertainment on your phone and try to dissociate.

        Personally, I think the Stairmaster is a good supplement to your cardio routine, especially if your goal is big ass and thighs. Although, Ive noticed it has diminishing returns at a higher level of cardiovascular fitness. It also feels pretty hard compared to just doing a brisk, high incline walk on a treadmill.

          I do noooooot have the confidence to go swimming. A stationary bike is my DREAM be a I can do that for hours ezpz and it’s on my wishlist… for now it’s just 30min of jump rope when I can get it in and after 15min it’s not so bad. I just tell myself I have to. Eventually I’m just going to have to join a real gym and live in the bike and stair master between lifting (and a real squat rack instead of dumbbells and deadlifts)

        Okay. Youre in better shape than we thought. Youre lucky. Arms, legs, breasts and upperbody seem to have recovered well. It looks to mostly be about the belly, which is probably die to the pregancies.

        Just keep going. Do NOT be concenred about getting too muscular or "bulky". That does not and cannot happen without 1) wanting it to happen and 2) taking druigs to make it happen.

        Long before (like for years) Before you get "too big and msucular" you will jsut look "toned" and "lean" Only if you want to take the enxt step - i.e. take drugs - will you start to get too bulky. All the eyars before that will just add feminine curves.

              I haven't experienced these kinds effects from other types of exercise.
              For me it seems the more gentle the exercise the better the result, and I get this by staying only in the range of motion that feels super comfortable.

              I just don’t Trust using any one thing solely, but I won’t discredit it.

                Iiiii don’t like anyone else taking blame for my actions… we’ve got two kids, and I did ask a lot of I had gotten out of control, but he insisted what I said in the OP. Recently when this ideal body came about I brought up how I HAD asked if I was too frickin fat and he sheepishly said he thought it was a trap and I’d lose my mind, but now that I’ve lost a lot of weight he can be honest about what he wants without fear.                 you should first focus on gaining the necessary muscle as itll make the loose skin easier to hide. Lower body and some upper body so you dont look moronic. I'd go for high reps lower weight on lower body and strength for upper. Start doing the stairmaster, its basically running without the poisoned look that runners get. Then youll want to focus on cutting weight with the addition of flexibility exercises

    Look into anything that tightwns the skin. Im not sure if what im looking at in op is still the tummy or excess skin. Keep going. If you are wanting broader hips work on a combination that works on your glutes. Not only will a bigger ass muscle help eat the excess calories, itll help shore up the hips.

      Gentlemen, I finally got an answer!     Honestly good for you, and admirable goals. Try to keep the weight loss steady and somewhat slow, the faster you lose it the more likely you’ll have a lot of loose skin. If it’s more gradual I’ve heard that the skin can adjust better. Biggest thing about weight loss isn’t some fad diet, but being more conscious of the stuff you eat and making a lifestyle change

    There is nothing in a gym that a girl can't get just by walking, doing some light stretching, and eating whole foods. Watch your diet, walk 5k a day, and do some yoga every so often. If you want to do something extra, load up the weights and lift to failure, 5-50 reps per set. Don't expect too much, girls don't gain without gear and hyperspecializing on some niche and ultimately worthless aspect of physicality. Focus on actual effort. If you're sweating that should be a good baseline.
    Depending on how old you are, best you could do is to at least reduce the impact of a lifetime of poor health. This will happen over the course of years, not months, so give it time and just be disciplined by doing whatever you decide your regiment should be, daily, regardless of weather or feels.
    Looking at your pics you could stand to do some ab tuck exercises and should probably work on your core and upper / mid back, and eliminate excess skin (time, collagen, high reps on the ab work). If you just allow your body to be basically healthy, you'll be surprised how drastic the changes will be. IMO the goal shouldn't be "how do I look like X" it should be, "what is my optimum and how do i get there?" understanding that you will look your absolute best if you are at your healthiest.
