    This is me. I legitimately have never worked out my legs except once or twice. I basically do a PPL split without the legs. So PP 3 times a week then one day off.

      I was doing this for about a year but my workouts were getting stupid long and time consuming, like 3 hours on push days (volumetard, doing high reps means a 5 minute break between sets). I switched to 3 day split alternating with pull days and gained 5 pounds in 2 weeks, plus I have more time and am enjoying isolation exercises more.

    I never understood how you can go to the gym 4+ times a week religiously and not care about strength at all, seems moronic to me. The barrier to entry is to just squat and do RDLs twice a week, you can throw this in with whatever else upper body. 2pl8+ for sets of 10 with good form on both takes less than a year to achieve even if you half ass it. You don't need to grind leg day volume, just squat twice a week.

    Majority of morons here overdo their legs and end up looking bottom-heavy, looking disgusting in clothes, like a troony. You should focus more on your upperbody, specifically shoulders, which are the biggest muscles on your upperbody despite what you've been told.

    But it doesn't mean that you shouldn't train your legs, especially if you're some skinny lanklet. Majority of manlets that played some sports or walk a lot or bike a lot, pretty much don't need to touch them though. You might end up with legs that will damage your chances to find any good looking pants on your fat ass.

        No clue and true that on the bigger jump being a pretty important athletic feat, usually manlets can't jump that high unless they are asian because they have springier legs than white guys have in general.

        Throw in a bit of plyometrics into your training, no need to replace exercises from the menu bud add to it some power skips and box jumps for easy gains.
