I usually eat 2 cups of oats, quark, milk, peanut butter, banana, chicken, tuna, baked potatoes. Just get enough exercise and avoid sugary foods/drinks
It has some correlation and applies to certain scenarios (I'm agreeing with you btw), however, going past a certain level of strength for combat sports is unnecessary and will just cut into time that could be better used for conditioning, drilling, sparring and learning more skills.
Untrained vs trained, strength will matter but not as much as you'd think. When I started grappling I was 215lbs and regularly got ruined by guys who were 160 or 170. Could I slow them down? Sure. However, the end would always come. And thats with grappling where I'd argue strength is more of an asset than striking.
If we're talking trained vs trained, then in that case I'd say strength matters more - hence why there's weight classes in every sport. Also, a lot of these smaller fighters, especially wrestlers are quite strong despite their size and the way they train/lack of strength.
To say fighting has zero correlation to fighting success is pretty dumb. Just look up the workouts top level Judo guys do or greco-roman wrestlers - all of them lift; kettlbells, benching, squatting, etc and all are very very strong.
I Mind my own business so the likelihood of that happening is 0.1%
Even then I deescalate or I try to get away
If I can’t do either then that is what a gun is for and I probably would be let off with self defense and manslaughter at worst
This mode plus bigger arms is literally goated. I just feel like most people have way too big of a torso compared to their arms, it looks out of proportion
If you want to appeal to the widest array of women, having a degree of leanness and more athletics is the way to go. Being a gymcel is a prime way to steer a ton of women away. Get most of your fitness from actual sports, martial arts and things are half interesting hobbies - get outdoors, pickup rowing or hiking or climbing or something. Supplement with 2-3x of weight training of whatever you enjoy (kettlebells, weighted calisthenics) and you're good to go.
That being said, if you have certain genetics or certain build going ottermode can make you look even more retarded. Ottermode relies on prettyboxmaxxing. If you're an oldfag or approaching 30, this won't work as well unless you're blessed like Pitt for example. Or if you're bald you're also handicapping yourself.
If you're a former fatty like myself (used to be 240lbs), aiming for leanness is key in my opinion. We're loaded with more fat cells which will never go away which makes bulking of even the leanest kind difficult as hell without becoming a bloated mess and quickly packing fat back on.
When you gain weight, particularly fat your body creates fat cells. Once they're created you have them forever - they only ever decrease in size should you lose weight. So technically, it is much easier for former fatties to become fat again compared to someone who was never fat. That's why bulking is also a meme.

what would work then? gymcelling? a rope?
Stop trying to min-max and just go for Husbando mode. Lift 3 to 4 times a week, keep to the basics to avoid gymcelling. Maintain a higher bodyfat than otter, but still don't get fat...like maybe 13-16% BF. Grow some body hair and learn to dress more mature.
If you're the kind of guy who has to autistically track macros, eats boring shit all the time and still struggles to maintain 10-12%, than husbando-max. I'm 5'11 and guys my age can cut on calories that cause me to gain weight. You'll figure this shit out once youve dieted and lifted for awhile. Some guys are just blessed with a lower appetite or have more active jobs or whatever.
I think aiming for something like this once you hit 30 is a solid goal. Maintainable, and easier to reach. It isn't spectacular, but it's my goal. I have a ton of other hobbies and I'd rather be outside than in a commercial gym 6 days a week, 2 hours a day. I'd rather train mma, learn 2 other languages, etc and be decently fit.
Best foods for staying lean?
high sugar diet unironically, carbs give you the energy to avoid eating more food
Are you trolling
Yes
cum, preferably from at least a dozen sources
To get this body:
>breakfast: latte
>lunch: salmon and broccoli
>dinner: steak and asparagus
Add some actual bread and that sounds pretty good.
Cum, milk, beer, gas station hot dogs, and mowing your lawn
I usually eat 2 cups of oats, quark, milk, peanut butter, banana, chicken, tuna, baked potatoes. Just get enough exercise and avoid sugary foods/drinks
Chicken, broccoli, and some beans & rice
I don’t want to look like this at my height, because if I do I’ll be 145 lbs.
Yea, I need a little more than that
Kino physique
If you're 6'3 and you look like this, it's perfect. If you're 5'7 and look like this, you're dyel
holy lankie cope
/fit/izens that look like this, how does it feel knowing that any real man could walk up to you and end you with his bare hands if he wanted to?

Cardio wins fights
This is why everyone is afraid of joggers
We’re Americans and we carry, some roidfag on a roidrage tries to start shit, ill mag dump him
We’re British and we carry, some roidfag on a roidrage tries to start shit, ill stab him to death with my 11 inch italian stiletto
I Mind my own business so the likelihood of that happening is 0.1%

Hot.
this only works because this guy is tall
Short men are as invisible to females are the 75% of females in America who are overweight are invisible to you
he's 167
He's forever gymceling's best bud who steals all his tinder hoes
no way, whats his name
well that's indeed tall, retard
too skinny, needs to bulk
Let me guess , you need more?
This mode plus bigger arms is literally goated. I just feel like most people have way too big of a torso compared to their arms, it looks out of proportion
I feel the opposite way. Most gym rats have disproportionately large arms compared to their torso
no but i sneed more
yes
>let me guess, you need more?
A girlfriend
no that's pretty ideal. Looks athletic and healthy, and not a gymcel
need more what? im not gay dude i dont want him, quit trying to turn me into a gay
You actually dont. 99% of women prefer a single physique when it comes to men.
tbh good chunk of these bodies look similar. not counting in extreme ends
I think I'd stop around Type 18.
Check

How lean to go though ? Don't call a percentage show me a picture

Why he has no chest hairs?
shaved it
not exactly. He is probably really healthy, however, too weak. If he needed to protect himself or someone, he would have trouble
Just carry a gun
Yes, I want to be able to kill people with my barehands.
learn to box then retard
he probably looks good for women. And he might only want thrar
but fuck being weak.
