I just go to the gym and lift for 2 hours.
There's 6+ hours of free time left in a day.
Ignoring the time it takes for you to prepare your meme shakes and whatever pre-workout bullshit you do and your carefully researched and cooked meals, the time it takes for you to get to the gym (unless you run/walk), and all the time you waste on fit and some moronic meat head forums, that's 1.5 hours you could be doing literally anything else than lifting a heavy thing off the ground.
I workout for between 2-3h 4 days a week. In the meantime I'm chatting with gymbros.
Afterwards we go eat together and I walk home. All in all about 5 hours and I pretty much go to a social gathering, then eat, then do some walking to let off steam from training. But you're probably memorizing fun facts or whatever and you're too intelectual to have any amount of physical development.

I was 28 back then and feel like I probably have a fundamentally different perspective on IB culture than young guys who were raised on (and brainwashed by) IST during their formative years. I'm here because I like to have fun - It's not some black hole I've gotten sucked into and turned into a deranged misfit by.
It's not just bait. Obviously I eat more than just beans but I do eat a lot of beans and I don't own a gym membership or anything useless like that, just a cheap adjustable dumbbell.
