          In any case the BMR is not your daily caloric need. Depending on your level of activity it is typically at least 20% (very sedentary) more. That would be at least 2160 cals per day. If you exercise it can easily be 500 - 1000 cals more

      Rice is sort of empty carbs (not as empty as many assume), but chicken and broccoli have actually very good micros too.

      I'm more of a meat and potatoes guy, though. Interesting diet

    Holy shit I just put this into my calorie tracking app. It's fucking based wtf. Hits 92% of all micros and some of that is filled in with seasoning and cooking. The meat doesn't even have to be that lean, chicken thighs works fine. And it's only 1500 calories. This might be my new diet LOL just make a huge bowl of food and eat it throughout the day every day

    Its bland, hard to get down and way too few calories for me so yeah, i need more. Pretty good diet for cutting tho, i mean cheap and easy prep, horribly bland tho and i eat autistically the same thing every day for months.

    How the fuck you going to be able to eat 1lb of broccoli a day? Maybe if you just use the stalks, chop them up, and stir fry them or something, but if you're just taking frozen and chucking it in the microwave then wtf man. This coming from a lover of broccoli, just not 1lb of it.
