Holy shit I just put this into my calorie tracking app. It's fucking based wtf. Hits 92% of all micros and some of that is filled in with seasoning and cooking. The meat doesn't even have to be that lean, chicken thighs works fine. And it's only 1500 calories. This might be my new diet LOL just make a huge bowl of food and eat it throughout the day every day

I’d say alternate between rice and potatoes, but sure this would be fine for a cut.
