Not OP but I pretty much do an upper body, rings only routine once a week and recently started doing dumbbell stuff for lower body as well as MMA. Rope skipping for cardio since I can't run. So minus the MMA exactly what OP posted.
You can make quite a bit of progress with better programing and a bit more intensity. Recently wrestling has been quite the ass whooping in terms of cardio and different muscle development.
Sup, fren. I avoid running because I hurted my ankle a year ago while skateboarding, and I also skip rope for cardio. I'm here to recommend you to do burpees. I guess you do them for takedown defense, but I'm talking about the navy seals burpees and other variations. Shit is good and useful. I like to comeback from it with a high knee jump sometimes, shit is crazy for cardio.
i need motivation
These videos inspired me a lot to begin my calisthenics journey. Also, pic.

Thanks, I'm doing lots of wrestling drilling. Burpees and sprawls and a lot of explosive moves. I fucked my knee doing manual labour. It's not terrible and I can still casually jog, but I know it is deteriorated and running will only make it worse.
>I'm here to recommend you to do burpees
i would recommend against burpees
any form of high impact cardio sucks in the long run
running and burpees are up there as the worst ones for your joints, and knees and wrists respectively

Why would you use rings over a pull up bar and dip station? Yeah the rings make you train your stability but what's the fucking point when you are trying to maximize muscle growth and not having to think your arms going to snap city.
mark wildman and dan john are very good resource materials too >simple & sinister >dry fighting weight >dan john's armor building complex
besides isolations to fix imbalances, these are the staple programs you will be looking into the most
is there a good why to mount rings with out screwing thing thing in to the wall or ceiling?
right now I am just using a kettlebell and a jump rope daily
but you should add captain of crush grip trainer
long term goal for one of these for better endurance
>constructiong worker gloves to do push ups anywhere >jump rope >bars for pull ups >parallel bars for dips >maybe some paralletes >maybe some resistance bands to tone the muscle and some different shit
Isn't that a speed rope
I thought speed ropes were a very bad choice unless you're a professional, and that it is too much of a bother if you're just a normal guy trying to get some cardio in
Any rope skipping bros to give some insight here
speed ropes arent good for beginners since it has little to no feedback because it has zero weight making it way harder than it needs to be. a cheap pvc rope will do the trick for most of your cardio needs. when you git gudd the type of rope pretty much comes down to preference
yes
please if you actually only use these post your body lmfao, I would love to just do these but I highly doubt you have a physique that isn’t dyel
Not OP, but I pretty much only do rings, skipping and kettlebells. Some bands too and jiu jitsu/wrestling
wow he looks just like me!
no homo but youre looking pretty hot there dude
routine for delts?

Wrestling is HIIT cardio not your typical jogging shit. More akin to ballistics training.

Ring pullups/chinups and ring rips are superior. If you weren't a DYEL, you'd know this.
They don't cost as much and they occupy less space
How do I do legs with kettlebells? Besides lunges, RDLs and swings
goblet squats, bulgarian split squats
You should do swings to goblet squats and lunge squats for leg pump. If you do it for 2 minutes straight.
> Swing till one is out of breath.
> Catch breath.
> Goblet Squat till you are out of breath.
> Catch Breath
> Repeat from 1.
Thanks man, do you think Enter The Kettlebell is a good read for learning?

I saw ringfags post bodies, they looked okay, very lean. But I never saw kettlebellfags post body.
All I truly need is Jesus, in this life and the next
Rings are a beast for upper body
based dipsbro
All of my workouts start with ring dips and bulgarian ring dips
How many times have you reposted this by now you turbo-gay?
yet you haven't posted your body even once at all
start lifting already you turbo-dyel
Keep posting your lame & completely unimpressive photo, gay. We all love seeing how dyel you are
>weighted bulgarian ring dips
>not impressive
mate...
Post body bitch.
I want more.
where's the squatplug???
/lgbt/ is that way gay.
Yes, then we good.
Explain the sand
Finger and wrist conditioning,
Really good for the small joints.
SNEED MY BANDS BRUH
I only need the kettlebells
yes
fuck you
it's over
We must go beyond
What’s the second thing
jump rope
maybe
>NEED
don't know, don't care
but I know what I want, and allocate my space and spending accordingly
how about add picrel to the list
is there a good why to mount rings with out screwing thing thing in to the wall or ceiling?
right now I am just using a kettlebell and a jump rope daily

Is this the thing with the fan? The resistance is so weak on these. Even if you yank it back.
it is about time
it's a cardio machine, not a portable plate-loaded cable row ... you're supposed to be out of breath, not out of reps
Dyel starter kit right there.
Yes, I need more. The following:
>constructiong worker gloves to do push ups anywhere
>jump rope
>bars for pull ups
>parallel bars for dips
>maybe some paralletes
>maybe some resistance bands to tone the muscle and some different shit
Calisthenics chads can't stop winning
You forgot the belt you use to attach the kettlebells during your ring dips and ring pull ups.
hang it off foot like spetsnaz
Just use a barbell, rack, and pull up bar. For Christ’s sake. Unless you are going for some kind of gymnastic performance shit, that’s all you need.
Yes.
i need motivation
Yes
You missed the king of upper mobility warm up there
you still need these for maximum grip gainz
farmers walks with the bells and just hanging on the rings works fine. kettlebell swings are also pretty rough on the ol' grip if you go heavy enough
Weight vests are fairly useful
>tfw repping 90lbs pullups now
Feels good brahs
what pullupbar is that? looks nice
Bought it from a welder friend
You are not Chad.
Go back to LULZ gay
based
post body
Are gymnastic rings worth it if I can only use them out side?
Sure why not
Wood rings are the best, but they're not suitable to be left outside, so make sure to always take them back in after you're done

and yes, thats a speedrope.
Got any times to learn with a speed rope?
Switch the kettlebells for strongman sandbags and you have it right
These plus calisthenics is literally ALL you need to get huge and strong as fuck
