Let's discuss legal appetite suppressants, I am tired of caffeine gigadoses.
>nicotine hurr durr
Already tried that, and it is a shit appetite suppressant

OP here. Redpill me on psyllium husk please. I already eat an average of 50 g of fiber per day, would adding psyllium to my routine help me in a noticeable way?
I don't know much about the science behind it but it fills me up and makes me shit instantly. Lost alot of weight using it after every meal
Op here, I will be providing festival girls to the community
I am going to study thus supplement. How much did you take? Everyday? Any other tip about psyllium?
Keto is interesting, but I train every other day so I need energy anon.
I am trying to not smoke for 60 days for personal reasons. Coffee is great but I can't rely on that. Buying amphs on Amazon would be great tbh
My only cokehead friend is bald. Coincidence?
I drink 4-6 cups of green tea per day because caffeine rocks. Would matcha tea have any noticeable difference?
I tried it all the legal ones. I even eat 1.5g pro/lb per day. 50 g of fiber daily. I even love chewing gum. My appetite still being high af. How the fck do I fix my obese brain?
I think you might be where I'm at RN. How long have you been/were cutting? My appetite was literally insatiable for like 3 months after what was essentially a 2 year cut.
Uhm, the only way is unironically fasting, I've done it before it works. IF also works, but only if you don't eat high volume for your other meals, you basically have to "shrink" your volume, and your brain gets used to not eating as much.
I do/did the same shit as you. I'm scared to fast cuz muh gains, so I'm just gonna IF again and eat pretty low volume. It's dogshit for like 2 weeks but it gets easier.
I also abused stims, like i said, it just doesn't actually work if you are truly obeast mentally. You need to fix that first. Personally I'd recommend a maintenance phase until you just can not not want to cut anymore. I have to force myself to maintain ATM (and I'm still trying to eat 1800cals, my meal plan simply just doesn't go above 2k anymore lmao)
Yesterday and today are the first days since July 16th I put food down before I finished it all. You can believe me if you want, the mental release of just saying "frick it" really fixes it.
>I drink 4-6 cups of green tea per day because caffeine rocks. Would matcha tea have any noticeable difference?
it's about the difference between drip coffee and espresso. You don't steep matcha you whisk it together with hot water. Because it's literally gyokuro sencha (a shade grown japanese green tea)ground to a 5 micron powder.
No need for carbs to workout. Video related. Shawn Baker hasn't eaten carbs in 5+ years.
Carbs are great for energy, but I do agree you could become carbless, it's been shown.
The only caveat with lifting on zero carb that nobody mentions is that you need to eat high protein for gluconeogenesis to occur in order to keep glycogen levels and thyroid function optimal.
Humans don't use protein for energy as well as other carnivores do. We are adapted to use fat for energy.
Protein is for building muscle, bone, enzymes, etc.
Gluconeogenesis refers tosynthesis of glucose from noncarbohydrate precursors, i.e from proteins, glycerol and lactate.
you obviously don't understand what you're talking about. Humans can use protein for energy but it must synthesised into glucose first.
>you obviously don't understand what you're talking about.
I obviously know more about the subject than you. I think we are running into a communication gap here. I am so vastle more knowledgable and intelligent than you that you don't even understand what I'm talking about.
Here's a video that is probably too intelligent for you to understand:
>vastle more knowledgable
ok sweetie
I proved my assertion in my post. Typos are irrelevant.
The guy I was replying to (you?) is an overconfident imbecile with no clue what he is discussing.
>I am so vastle more knowledgable and intelligent than you that you don't even understand what I'm talking about.
Yes it is the other guy who is overconfident
This is a Semitic argument, but technically correct. You'd have to eat a very low calorie very low fat diet (and probably be very lean) for this to be a practical concern in my estimation. That said, if it's possible, someone will do it, and I'm sure many people have. Not the guy you're replying to btw.
Humans get rabbit starvation when they eat lean protein.
Yes; but since we're splitting hairs, you can get rabbit starvation with a near-zero fat diet protein-only diet eaten chronically; and though it's never been proven experimentally (all of our knowledge on rabbit starvation in humans is observational iirc), I suspect burning more calories per day than you can liberate from your fat stores is also a necessary condition, which would make leaner people more susceptible. I'd wager a modern sedentary fatty could eat nothing but lean protein and not get rabbit starvation.
Note how I said gluconeogenic precursors come from proteins AND glycerol (and lactate)? This is entirely correct.
I never brought up the amount of energy which is derived from either precursor. I was stating only that we can create an energy substrate from amino acids, among others. My original post was highlighting that for weightlifting on zero-carb diets, high protein works to keep glycogen stores optimal.
No idea why you chimed in tbh.
You claimed people need to eat high protein for energy. Humans don't get any extra energy from a high protein diet. Human energy usage from protein maxes out at moderate protein consumption.
You made a false statement so I corrected it.
>You claimed people need to eat high protein for energy.
No. I said for lifting on zero carb, high protein helps keep glycogen levels at optimal levels via gluconeogenesis.
I then clarified that humans can create an energy substrate from proteins, which they can.
You're the one who started banging on about "muh energy usage"
This is a false narrative. You would displace your macro nutrients so deeply by the amount of protein you would need to maintain glycogen stores that you'd develop rabbit starvation. Gluconeogenesis is only 75% energy efficient so for every 100 grams of extra protein you eat, you are getting 75, and gluconeogenesis happens so slowly that the glucose would be used as fuel rather than deposited as glycogen. The whole thing is pseudoscience and bro logic
You would displace your macro nutrients so deeply by the amount of protein you would need to maintain glycogen stores that you'd develop rabbit starvation.
Lol no. I'll agree that this COULD happen if you had NO bodyfat stores whatsoever to tap into and you were eating only the leanest animal protein available. It just wouldn't happen in the real world.
Gluconeogenesis is only 75% energy efficient so for every 100 grams of extra protein you eat, you are getting 75, and gluconeogenesis happens so slowly that the glucose would be used as fuel rather than deposited as glycogen. The whole thing is pseudoscience and bro logic.
You're talking as if the body doesn't use daily ingested calories for energy before tapping into bodyfat stores.
And gluconeogenesis only happens too slowly if you're engaging in chronic amounts of exercise. Which is contraindicated for optimal health outcomes.
You wrote retorts(?) but disproved nothing I said.
children, please. if you were knowledgeable in these areas, you wouldn't be posting on IST.
OK buddy
My original points were undoubtedly correct. You're obviously less educated than myself on this matter and tried to derail my original point to achieve what exactly?
So to reiterate why I am correct:
High protein intake on a zero-carb diet creates a "pool" of excess amino acids which are synthesized into glycogen via gluconeogenesis (which also uses glycerol and lactate). This is desireable when engaging in activities like weight lifting as the high-intensity nature of this type of exercise requires glycogen for optimal performance outcomes.
If you are engaging in athletic endeavours on a zero-carb diet and do not ingest sufficient protein, its is highly likely that you will suffer declines in performance/output intensity due to insufficient muscle and liver glycogen levels.
There. I win.
You have yet to address any of my points or disprove anything I said but yes, you win if that makes you feel better
>And gluconeogenesis only happens too slowly if you're engaging in chronic amounts of exercise. Which is contraindicated for optimal health outcomes.
Irrelevant
>Lol no. I'll agree that this COULD happen if you had NO bodyfat stores whatsoever to tap into and you were eating only the leanest animal protein available. It just wouldn't happen in the real world.
Missed the point
The absolute cope
The additional advantage of using it after every meal is that it can significantly reduce LDL cholesterol, but only if taken after every meal and like, right after that meal. It will bind with bile acids and put them in your poop so they're not reabsorbed by your lower GI.
LDL cholesterol is vital and protective. Why would your body make it if it needed "reduced"?
Glycated LDL is what you should fear. Go use your googlefu to figure out how LDL becomes glycated.
I like psyllium for the consistent bulky shits that wipe easy.
I eat a tablespoon a day at breakfast mixed in yogurt.
I don't know if it is doing anything appetite suppressant wise, I usually don't eat anything til the evenings anyway.
You just have to make sure you maintain and/or slightly increase your water intake if you start taking psyllium (or any fiber supplements). It needs to absorb water to expand in your gut. Also, you may experience some bloating when you first introduce it into your diet. Personally, I stick with a combination of citrucel and baobab powder which works better for me.
Zero carb fixes hunger. Picture related.
>Scientists have been trying to replicate this study since '53 without success
Let's discuss the idea that maybe it was fraudulent, because you don't have the balls to prove me wrong
i have no evidence. i am not the person you are replying to. you'll have to take it at face value. I was 350 pounds. i lost 110 pounds just doing keto and walking, and it genuinely suppressed my hunger. i cannot prove it, but it helped me.
What's the problem with nicotine?
Any kind of amphetamine helps like Adderall or Vyvanse.
I start my morning with a cig, a boomer sip and a Vyvanse and I've lost so much weight it's unreal. Rip my heart but I'm gonna give up cigs and sips once I'm bulking.
>amphetamines are a LEGAL appetite suppressant
moronic anon, but based coffee and cig enthusiast
Nicotine gigadoses
Pretty much this. You can starve yourself to the point of physical pains with a high % nicotine vape.
the right one is fricking hot
anyone have her telephone number?
I’ve been considering coke or meth. Hunter Biden is slowly becoming my new hero.
Coke fricks your hair, every monday after a weekend binge frick loads of my hair would fall out, when I stopped doing coke the rate of my hairloss declined considerably
stewed cabbage and egg drop soup
green tea matcha is better than extracts and meme pills, or double bagging regular greens teas
barley tea after noon
sweet potato or yellow potatoes as your primary carb
usually not being a weak-willed homosexual does the trick for me
Nicotine, Caffeine, Ephedrine, Yombhine, Prescribed amphetamines, Type 2 Diabetes meds
Fiber, Protein, Absurd amount of liquid, chewing gum, chewing paper (yes it works, no it's not healthy)
Anything after the EC Stack and it's psychological man. Trust me I tried abusing stims and would still just out eat it...
Also For "fat loss" but you will be hungry as frick, and no they aren't legal
>DNP
>Clenbetural
>Unprescribed amphetamines
Just eat PSMF if you're trying to cut. You'll feel less hungry but lose bodyfat super quick.
Its boring but its better than fricking around with appetite suppression or being hungry all the time.
Glucoman and high protein medium fat meats, eggs and dairy. Your welcome
>caffeine
>tired
Get an ADHD assessment.
Its very easy to BS your way to a diagnosis.
Ask for Vyvanse. Shit destroys appetite for like 14 hours from one dose.
Also you will get more shit done.
Hot peppers
You probably didn't use a reasonable efficacious dose of nicotine. Try any real snus (not that American shit) and I can promise you that you'll cease your voracious appetite.
>le cooma booba slooot
>moronic question
wowowowowow KYS KYS KYS KYS HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA FRICKING moron homosexual SHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESH
You will always be a fat moronic coomer
willpower
Drink water.
A lot of times when you think you are hungry it's because you are dehydrated.
