        Anonymous

        Thanks man! I'm so close!!
But I'll take a month off to lift and get some strength back. I have time off work, and it's much more fun to lift than to cut on vacation.
But once work starts I can be hangry all day again :)).
You're right, 77kg is my goal weight.

dont worry about your lifts 20% isnt that much especially for your results. amazing progress, especialy for 3 months. whats your routine? how much do you lift?

        Thanks!
Weight loss routine was to fast at least 2-3 days every week, as well as some small 16hr "fasts" here and there.
Lifting regularly on non fasting days. It was quite disheartening to see my lifts go down every week.
        Bench: 2x110kg to 3x90kg
        Deadlift: 4x160 to 5x130kg
        Squat: 5x135kg to 3x115kg
        Ohp: 3x60kg to 5x50kg

I heard it being said that you can regain your strength in half the time you spent on losing it. I am now very well poised to see how true this statement is

I'm right here bro. They did get bigger, but when I flex it's nearly all muscle, I just naturally had big breasts even before I started lifting. One of the main reasons I started lifting was to get proportional to they wouldn't look as bad in shirts.

Damn that is really nice. Great work man. What's your diet/supplement intake like ?

No supplements besides vitamin D because I was too ashamed to go outside for years so my D levels were tanked last time I had a blood test. I basically eat oats, wholemeal sandwiches with lean meat, rice / pasta with carrots, broccoli, peppers, chicken / lean pork and a low fat sauce / curry. Everything home made, no fast food / processed food and I only drink water and milk.

Real simple push pull legs calisthenics 4x a week with high intensity cardio 2-3 times a week from sport (soccer and tennis) and lots of walking. If you want to get bigger you could probably replace the cardio sessions with a couple days of free weights but for me the feeling of power you feel after a long cardio session where everyone else is struggling for breath and you feel like you could go another hour is too awesome to give up for anything.

          >Real simple push pull legs calisthenics 4x a week
          can you elaborate on that?

            Anonymous

            See

I lost around 11 kg in total.

            [...]
Ideally 3-4 sets to failure of one push movement, one pull movement and one legs movement and I also throw in 3-4 sets to failure of core work. I have a bunch of different exercises that I rotate through through the week. So one day I might do pull ups, push ups, squats and Russian twists. The next day I might do ring rows, dips, lunges and hanging leg raises. If you're tired or sick try to at least get 2 good sets in for each movement.

It is very simple and boring. Combined with the diet I lost about 4 kg pretty quickly (probably because I stopped having 3-4 standard drinks every weeknight) and then stopped seeing progress in the mirror for a few months. It is difficult when you are trying hard but you have nothing to show for it, you just have to dig deep and find your motivation and keep going.

interesting, I see. you said you do 4x workouts a week so I assume you rest the day after workout day and your week is AXAXAXA (X is rest day). correct?

            Anonymous

I do calisthenics Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and I do high intensity cardio usually Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday with complete rest on Sunday. Plus I make sure to walk for at least half an hour more than I otherwise would every day, which could just mean getting off the bus 2 stops early.
