No one said you’re fat you sensitive little b***h.
10 POUNDS of mass added to your body in a month will never be more than 10% muscle ever. Even if you’re pinning and eating 3 lbs of chicken a day you will just barely be able to gain that much muscle that quickly.
Put your fragile little validation seeking ego aside and learn basic anatomy you colossal wienersucking homosexual Black person. Frick you.

So you admit you can (barely) do it, moron. Also the gay you replied to never claimed it was all muscle, so chill the frick out. Being so triggered proves you are a DYEL. Does it make you feel better to shit on others?
Thanks man! I'm so close!!
But I'll take a month off to lift and get some strength back. I have time off work, and it's much more fun to lift than to cut on vacation.
But once work starts I can be hangry all day again :)).
You're right, 77kg is my goal weight.
dont worry about your lifts 20% isnt that much especially for your results. amazing progress, especialy for 3 months. whats your routine? how much do you lift?
Thanks!
Weight loss routine was to fast at least 2-3 days every week, as well as some small 16hr "fasts" here and there.
Lifting regularly on non fasting days. It was quite disheartening to see my lifts go down every week.
Bench: 2x110kg to 3x90kg
Deadlift: 4x160 to 5x130kg
Squat: 5x135kg to 3x115kg
Ohp: 3x60kg to 5x50kg
I heard it being said that you can regain your strength in half the time you spent on losing it. I am now very well poised to see how true this statement is

I think loose skin starts becoming a problem only once you lose 20+ kg. My gf had some, but bit by bit it went too
actually impressive how you got so lean on your stomach
Thanks man! The after pic is a bit fraudulent because I'm in the middle of a workout so I'm pumped and I'm flexing hard.
But yeah i lost 10cm of waist circumference!
About 6 months in between, 150lb in first and 160lb in second. It doesn't show much in the photo, but I definitely feel bigger, I don't have much definition though.
I'm right here bro. They did get bigger, but when I flex it's nearly all muscle, I just naturally had big breasts even before I started lifting. One of the main reasons I started lifting was to get proportional to they wouldn't look as bad in shirts.
Because you can fraud with pants to somewhat hide apt.
Damn that is really nice. Great work man. What's your diet/supplement intake like ?
No supplements besides vitamin D because I was too ashamed to go outside for years so my D levels were tanked last time I had a blood test. I basically eat oats, wholemeal sandwiches with lean meat, rice / pasta with carrots, broccoli, peppers, chicken / lean pork and a low fat sauce / curry. Everything home made, no fast food / processed food and I only drink water and milk.
Real simple push pull legs calisthenics 4x a week with high intensity cardio 2-3 times a week from sport (soccer and tennis) and lots of walking. If you want to get bigger you could probably replace the cardio sessions with a couple days of free weights but for me the feeling of power you feel after a long cardio session where everyone else is struggling for breath and you feel like you could go another hour is too awesome to give up for anything.
[...]
Ideally 3-4 sets to failure of one push movement, one pull movement and one legs movement and I also throw in 3-4 sets to failure of core work. I have a bunch of different exercises that I rotate through through the week. So one day I might do pull ups, push ups, squats and Russian twists. The next day I might do ring rows, dips, lunges and hanging leg raises. If you're tired or sick try to at least get 2 good sets in for each movement.
It is very simple and boring. Combined with the diet I lost about 4 kg pretty quickly (probably because I stopped having 3-4 standard drinks every weeknight) and then stopped seeing progress in the mirror for a few months. It is difficult when you are trying hard but you have nothing to show for it, you just have to dig deep and find your motivation and keep going.

interesting, I see. you said you do 4x workouts a week so I assume you rest the day after workout day and your week is AXAXAXA (X is rest day). correct?
I do calisthenics Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and I do high intensity cardio usually Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday with complete rest on Sunday. Plus I make sure to walk for at least half an hour more than I otherwise would every day, which could just mean getting off the bus 2 stops early.
Hard to crop photos on phone so I didn’t get the whole physique in the picture, but this is 2 years of progress. ~57kg to 72kg, but fasting atm to lose fat.
Not great progress, but progress nonetheless.
I feel for you, I had to start lifting to look human too. Looking much better already, you have reached humanmode. Keep going and you'll go much further
I had some before I started but the gear made it worse, yeah I heard a few people can get depressed on accutane, but if it clears up mine and I can stop taking it after a few months I don't really care about that.
Lifts before and after?
Were you actually bulking, or just eating whatever and lifting heavy?
Did you achieve the milestones you were after? What were they?
Lol no man, this wasn’t intentional. I just went through a lot of shit and let myself go, stopped lifting and started binge eating. I’m now super weak and my muscles are deflated. However I’m sure I’ll get it back, muscle memory is not a meme but a very real thing, I already know this from experience.
Went from a twig to having some form of curves, does it look like I am gaining muscle or just getting fat, first pick was back on Halloween, other pic is a couple weeks ago.

Reminder that if you actually got IST some gays will post your pics on /hm/ for the next few years.
1 year calisthenics progress. I no longer cry in the shower every night with the knowledge that I will inevitably have to kill myself.

Black folks that's literally pear on the left, what the frick is this larp
If you are suggesting that isn't me you are unfortunately wrong. That was me on the left for around 4 years of my life.
Damn that is really nice. Great work man. What's your diet/supplement intake like ?
What kinda routine do you do?
Real simple push pull legs calisthenics 4x a week with high intensity cardio 2-3 times a week from sport (soccer and tennis) and lots of walking. can you elaborate on that?
See

wow. how much weight did you lose?
I lost around 11 kg in total.
Ideally 3-4 sets to failure of one push movement, one pull movement and one legs movement and I also throw in 3-4 sets to failure of core work. I have a bunch of different exercises that I rotate through through the week. So one day I might do pull ups, push ups, squats and Russian twists. If you're going to show butt in the before you have to show it in the after.
N-n-n homo.
wow that's like insane transformation mirin
You look like a lean Lovecraft

Not great progress, but progress nonetheless.
Lookin good bro, you don't look like a human worm anymore.
Thanks man, appreciate it.
Forgot to include that I’m ~181cm tall for those wondering.
looking great anon, i see lots of potential for muscle growth. With a fast and some crunches you could definetly have a well defined 6 pack
Thanks^^. Yeah, that’s what I’m hoping for. I’m kind of lazy when it comes to training abs but in the end it’s going to be worth it. WAGMI, broskis.
There is still some way to go but this is based as hell so far
Leaner look and 15kg heavier, that's a great progress. Keep it up
I feel for you, I had to start lifting to look human too. Looking much better already, you have reached humanmode. Keep going and you'll go much further
me at my skinniest (about 70kg) vs me now (about 97kg)
Excellent boobas on the left
185 lbs -> 160 lbs
5'11"
31 yrs
First solid cut, gonna go into recomp/lean bulk phase now.
Good job, bro.
Just started a month ago working out and i see some progress. I hope next month it will be better.
Im 24 years old, 183 meters and 100kg
Posted this on a cbt thread, but it would be more appropriate here.
Arms and shoulders are wider, chest and gut are more tucked in. Good 1 month progress.
Also...
>183 meter
Yeah, 183 meters, what's the matter?
Bruh
Maybe I'm moronic, but I don't get it
do you shove buildings up your urethra?
>tfw manlet cutoff is now 180 meters
these standards are getting ridiculous
Almost 2 years between the 2 pics.
500 test for the past 5 months, if anyones asking.
unfortunate acne brah
Could be way worse, but I'm going to a dermatologist in a few days hopefully I can get an accutane script or something.
is it gear related or existent before hand? I thought accutane made teens neck themselves
I had some before I started but the gear made it worse, yeah I heard a few people can get depressed on accutane, but if it clears up mine and I can stop taking it after a few months I don't really care about that.
you look like keanu reeves in the first matrix movie
Bulkchads…
Here’s another one with peak mass from before I ballooned up.
I got 20kg to lose overall, already a little over 5kg lost, I expect to reach my original weight by end of year. WAGMI r-right?
Since it’s a progress thread, sharing actual progress so far. It’s much harder than I remembered
Damn bro you bulked too hard. It's okay though considering you are a giant right now. Just cut and pray.
Lifts before and after?
Were you actually bulking, or just eating whatever and lifting heavy?

As for before lifts, I never really lifted for strength but it was pretty much 1/2/2/3
Why did you get shorter?
amazing transformation and total muscle aesthetic dam
natty, 6'3, 170lbs to 200lbs
not to sound gay but you went from elliot rodger to legit handsome gj.
Just over one year
height/weights?
I should have kept better track of weights so I'm not sure, but I think something like from left to right 170, 185ish, 200. I'm 6'4
Went from a twig to having some form of curves, does it look like I am gaining muscle or just getting fat, first pick was back on Halloween, other pic is a couple weeks ago.
great progress! now can you show us your butthole?
My dad is 55 and has the left pic body type, is it too late for him or can I still do something?
