Lets say you're doing a 3x12 on lat pulldowns.

Lets say you're doing a 3x12 on lat pulldowns. How many reps into each set does it start to actually feel hard, assuming you have 0 reps in reserve at the end of the set?

Also how does this vary for you based on the exercise? I've found with pulldowns it starts getting hard for me after the 6th or so rep.

      If you have 0 reps in reserve and you did the set with proper technique then there is 0 reason why you wouldnt get sore unless you just don't get DOMS generally

    Usually 6-7 reps in provided you’ve got the appropriate weight and are doing full ROM
