It's fine as long as you remember to regularly eat eggs and cheese. I go vegetarian on cuts

and by "fine" it means as a diet for someone whose max "workout" is yoga and light cardio

      What’s the benefit?

Nothing substantial and it's pretty much all mental: I'm able to eat the same or more volume of food while still maintaining the deficit.

What would you even eat to meet your protein goals on a vegetarian cut? Seems like cheese have a lot of fats making it rather calorie dense

Skyr, greek yogurt, light cottage cheese are all a great option. I can buy no fat quark that has 20g of proteins per 100g/96 kcal. 50g of proteins for 240 kcal. Cutting is not a problem.

You can't survive in the wild on a vegetarian diet. Humans evolved eating meat. All uncontacted human tribes are meat eaters. Unlike herbivores, we can't feed on grass or leaves, our body can't create the protein we need.

vegetarians eat a lot more vegetables and see benefits from it. they think those benefits are from eliminating meat. in reality, just eat more fricking vegetables.

just going vegan ? no its not, its even detrimental, probably for 80% of people that do it.

A well managed diversified balanced diet with supplements for the expected deficiencies ? Yeah,

Moxyte is a vegetarian, and the only vegetarian I know irl trooned out, so I'd say no, at least from the examples I've seen. If I ever meet a vegetarian who isn't completely insane, I'll change my mind, but until then, I'll just keep eating meat and ignoring ketoschizo babble like vegetarianism.

Eating good food is good for you. If going vegetarian will stop you from eating fastfoods etc it is good for you. However fries, chips, candy, chocolates, cakes, pizza they are all vegetarian, and they shouldnt make a majority of your diet. Some people find it easiest to cut sugar and goyslop on carni diet so they will swear its all thanks to meat, others will do the same on vegetarian diet.

If all you eat is steak and butter, and that makes you the healthiest you've ever been, even if you were a whole foods vegan for years prior, what does that say about plant-based foods?

        Anonymous

Nothing. Stop being elitist and combative. We get it. You eat carnivore.

None of the "veggies" as you call them (you need to nickname your food because you're mentally ill) are actually natural, they've been selected and created in a lab to be consumed by slaves and they're chock full of antinutrients and toxins.
