lets talk supplements

>What was that one meme for you?
>What are ya taking?
MV of C, Zinc, D3, MG, Creatine (5g daily). Cycled some Ashwaganda for 15 days, will get back on it next week
>What are ya curious about?
Saw Palmetto - anyone knows anything? experiences?
>What is that one game changer for you?
D3. Moving to a Northern country from South, D3 changed my perception on life after 6 months of less sun kek
>What was that one meme for you?
Omega-3, as I regularly eat fish (2-4 times per week)
Daily reminder to stop taking fish oil, it's toxic, rancid and oxidized before it even hits the shelf.
This. Based. Good. Nice. Correct. I agree. Good point. Alhamdulillah.
What about canned cod livers or other canned fish containing lots of 'fish oil'?
Not sure about canned cod liver but one of those youtube chiropractors made the claim that canned fish was oxidised too, he got called out on it, so he actually got canned fish like sardines tested and they weren't.
It will oxidize in the body since it's 98F and fat fish lives in the cold oceans. You need vitamin E to mitigate some of the harm. I still don't take any fish oils.
Only some brands are like that, usually the cheapest ones. There are some high quality fish oils that pass rancidity tests with flying colors.
>first post in the thread is a fish oild fud full of lies
I've been taking fish oil for over a decade. Its good. Get a high quality fish oil, not the stuff that sits in walmart
Where do you buy your fish oils?
At this point can't you just buy fresh fish like once or twice a week instead?
Not true, they ad antioxidants to the oil, at least my oil, and vitamin e which is also an antioxidant.
When I take Omega3 I can concentrate better, am calmer. I take 3 big capsules a day. about 530mg of EPA
And why do you think they add the antioxidants? lol that you think that's a good thing
You don't think I'm tough enough to eat rancid toxic fish oil everyday? Challenge accepted.
>RANCID
Why does this matter if no one is actually getting sick?
moron
is this enough?
really? I dont as I eat fish but isnt Omega-3 ranked as (among with D and if we're talking fitness, Creatine) the best supplement to take by almost everyone kek?
I am appeased and will delete.
Zinc 30mg, multivitamin, Mg 250mg, alpha lipoic acid (former alcoholic, have elevated liver enzymes). That last one is either the gamechanger or is a complete meme and my liver is just healing on its own, but AST and ALT are going down.
Melatonin 10mg at night too.
the power of the N-word..
thank you for contributing anon
is melatonin supposed to be addictive or if I have to word it right, does it make you dependant? a friend of mine also started to take it and she seems to be very happy with her decision. I never considered taking it but I could use some help to fall asleep
I don't think so. Some nights I'll forget and sleep okay anyway.
I suppose FBI botops can't detect shitposting within images, lmao.
Pro tip: Troll them by shitposting in images!
10mg is too much anon, the benefits don't increase with dose. 3-5mg should be more than enough
it's safe; you don't get addicted to it, nor does it make you dependant or build tolerance over time; but as with anything, if you don't need it don't take it
Melatonin bros why whenever I take melatonin I start hearing voices and sounds and get really paranoid and anxious?
And I grab a 5mg gummy and literally eat the smallest corner to try get between only 1-2mg
it does help me sleep tho but the paranoia and schizophrenia it gives me sucks
>by almost everyone kek?
Yes, but my fellow autistis on Korean horse breeding forum disagree.
L-arginine
L-citrulline (better)
Yohimbine
safe ashwagandha dose for a retard?
1 (one) pill per day
mornings if for anxiety, nighttime if for sleep
personal experience: if you are certain you will get laid on a certain date, start taking a pill a day 3 days prior, it genuinely is a huge libido enhancer
Take as much as you want it isn't real.
>post-lift cramps have disappeared
>better sleep
Love it. Shame it stirs up my insides on an empty stomach.
Tongkat Ali, ashwagandha, D3 + K complex, magnesium, maca root, multi every couple days
Definitely feel less anxiety could be placebo but I’ve been taking these for 3 months now and feel significantly better. I feel more motivated to do things, Hornier, im losing fat and gaining muscle and strength, better appetite, mood, less self conscious and more confident.
>Definitely feel less anxiety
same for me, D3 (2000ui) and magnesium
5-HTP which is a serotonin precursor. It may be placebo, but it seems to have boosted my mood without dropping my motivation.
Other than that it is just basic multivitamin, zinc and vitamin d, though I should be getting enough of that from the sun now the weather is nice.
5-htp is recommended by .gov domains before and after MDMA use for serotonin, so I always assume its legit
Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't supplements for retards?
Cum maxxer here, current stack:
Pygeum 1300mg
Zinc 15mg
D3 250 mcg
L-Arginine 1000mg
Bromelain 500mg
Sunflower Lecithin 2000mg
Based cum maxxer.
I have some multi vitamin and zinc as wel.
Any supplements you know to reduce refractory time?
Alpha lapic acid apparently...
But I get sleep after I nut in me wife. cba to shag her again.
same pic, without the pedophilic ponies
pygeum lowers test production
Source on this? It makes my cock drip pre cum when ever I get a hard on
zinc 30 mg
macca root 1 pill i dont remember how much is that
ashwagandha 2 pills idk how much is that
2000mg larginine
Any recommendations to be more horny? I get morning wood but besides that i dont really get horny like i use to... like if i would see some hot chick on here theres a good chance i would have strong urge to jerk off but nowadays that shit doesnt phase me
>>What are ya taking?
Multivitamin, Omega-3, Vitamin D, Creatine
>>What are ya curious about?
L-Citrulline
>>What is that one game changer for you?
Vitamin D has definitely improved my mood
>>What was that one meme for you?
Haven't experimented much but I did find that preworkout does nearly nothing for me other than a tingling feeling.
I take one a day either of these: swanson multivit, generic D3+C vit tab , D3+K2+A vit complex in liquid form. So i basically cycle through of them.
1 Tab of Zinc 25mg + 2mg copper complex daily.
I'm taking a daily shot of:
2 - 2.5dl 1.5% - 2.8% fat milk warmed up, unfortunately don't have access to raw milk here
20-30g hydrolized collagen peptide
around 1tbsp of nesquick opti-start
3.6g of magnesium citrate (this covers the recommended daily intake),will buy magnesium glycinate next time instead
3g of glycine; could be taking more but i don't see the point
1tsp of honey
If anyone have anything that i could/should add to this mix that would be great. Recently i was thinking about adding 1 raw egg to it. Bad/good idea?
Also in what liquid should i dissolve NAC? Apparently milk doesn't work because it just mixes with it but not dissolve? But in plain water it tastes horrible.
Can i mix NAC and salt at the same time in water?
Does anyone have experience taking DIM it’s a natural aromatase inhibitor found in broccoli and other cruciferous vegetables. It’s said to help the body metabolize excess estrogen and help stop the conversion of testosterone into estrogen. Thoughts? Anyone taken this as a natty and felt results?
it works well as a detox. your piss will be nickelodeon orange.
it's nothing compared to a pharmaceutical AI but it should still help remove estrogen from the body.
do carnivore diet and you won't need supplements
Current stack:
>Ashwaganda
>NAC
>Vit C + Zinc
>Magnesium
>Calcium
>D3
>Circumin and Bioprene
>Odorless Garlic
>Nicotine (via Tobacco free Snus)
Picked these up during lockdown. Mental Acuity went up. Have been poring over research papers for over a year.
>Omega-3
I'm curious about adopting cod-liver oil, but also want to find another source. What is salmon rich in?
>Odorless Garlic
honestly i think chewing up a crushed clove with salt and honey is better. tastes good and actually killed my cold dead in its tracks. i've been taking the garlic softgels for years now and it never stopped a cold like that. also i can feel my heart more right after chewing the garlic. probably good and healthier.
(checked)
I'll give it a go. Was originally just for blood effects, but knowing that little recipe is probably worth a shot.
I said tobacco free anon.. As in without tobacco. The snus I use isn't actual snus, its a nicotine pouch. Worth trying snus bro, was great for quitting vaping (which was great for quitting smokes).
>tobacco
I smoke but am trying to stop (not because it’s bad for my lungs I only smoke 1 or 2 a day) but because it allegedly has been depleting vitamins from my body. What positive effects are there from tobacco?
am i the only one concerned about protein powder I thought i could buy some to try it out and get more proteins per day, but my research has shown that most contain bpa and heavy metals.
Like i checked my protein and their results on labdoor but some autists on reddit say that it is hard to trust labdoor. what can i trust at this point i dont want to reduce my iq just for the gains
>am i the only one concerned about protein powder
no. you really should just be eating more. i just use half a scoop before bed, and only when i feel like i need it.
>peanut butter
>eggs
>jerky
>nuts
>milk/cheese/yogurt
there's literally so many other accessible options
Will doing Karate hurt my knees/joints? Arthritis runs in my family, and I had a some knee injuries some years back.
There is a really good dojo close to my house, and I want to do something somewhat practical that doesn't involve groundwork.
lol wrong paste.
Anyone have experience with milk thistle for fatty liver? Supposedly it helps but I heard somewhere that it's estrogenic, so I'm wary.
There was some popular liver supplement years ago that everyone took and then when I came back to lifting everyone stopped taking it because now it was bad and I can't remember if it was milk thistle or not or dandelion extract or some other...
Anyone rec anything really good for liver health? My supp game is pretty good but this area I am lacking
Don’t forget to add copious amounts of Coca Cola and Pepsi which is clinically proven to increase testosterone secretions
Usually a multivitamin, 2000 ius of d3, 1000 mg of C, and quercetin bromelain
>1000 mg of C, and quercetin bromelain
Taking anti-inflammatories and anti-oxidants daily is horrible for you, not to mention they actually become pro-oxidative in the body like this. They are not a good thing that you should be taking all the time.
explain more please. NTA but I have been taking huge amounts of each daily for years
NTA but there is literally nothing wrong with vitamin-c
and I mean literally
idk about the other one
>Multivitamine + minerals
>Creatine monohydrate
>Magnesium citrate
>Strong omega-3
>taking
Creatine and protein, maybe some vitamin D3 here and there, and that's it
>curious about
Nothing, really, tried dozens of things over the years and it was all garbage beyond what I take now
>game changer
Nothing changes things much, but creatine is always good for performance, and being able to slam a few protein shakes instead of gorging myself all the time is nice
>meme one
Pretty much everything out there, literally, nothing is worth what you pay for it in the supplement game for 99.999% of the shit that exists. It's like when women buy $250 skin creams thinking it'll reverse aging despite the fat they're getting old, it's just gimmicks and marketing hype with no substance.
Probiotic and zinc.
I heard excess probiotic is not ideal for a healthy shit cycle
Anybody take l-carnitine? What's your experience?
I like it, 2 to 3grams.
Current is
5g creatine
3g carnitine
8g citruline
1g hmb or 3g leucine
5 to 10g dribose
can't tell but if it's making me a little less tired then i'll be happy. same with acetyl-l-carnitine tbh
>creatine
>Whey protein with many BCAA's
>Multivit
>D3+K2
>Magnesium
>Iodine
>Collagen
>Fish oil
>Healthy eu diet
>Yohimbine hcl on a IF cut
magnesium threonate (been taking mg for years, threo mogs them all)
boron
d3/k2
zinc on occasion
daily routine
>creatine 5g
>collagen 15g
>pea protein 20g
>psyllium husk 7g
>vitamin b-complex 1 capsule
>zinc+magnesium 1 capsule
>omega 3 1 capsule
>vitamin d 1 capsule
>hyaluronic acid 1 capsule
>multi vitamin + minerals 1 capsule
>hyaluronic acid 1 capsule
Are you taking for facial moisture gains? If yes, why would you take orally instead of applying topically? I'm ignorant of the benefit of taking orally. My face routine:
>cerave foam cleanser
>topical hyaluronic acid
>the ordinary caffeine solution for eye puffiness
>moisturiser
>10g collagen per day
I'm 31 and have been told I look 23
why take collagen orally when you can apply it to face?
Does collagen supplementation actually work?
Think it would help a fatty shed the skin any bit?
You mean tighten the skin? Fasting is better for that
So everyone actually takes creatine huh?
It used to be ridiculously cheap enough that it was a "fuck it, why not" type of thing.
I tried these gummies instead of drinking a shot of apple cider vinegar every morning
they taste good!
will this cure my depression? i also have immense trouble falling asleep.
Won't bedtime cheese achieve the desired results?
Anecdotally, I noticed an increase in libido and assertiveness for the first week that tailed off to baseline thereafter. Not sure if test increased, was placebo, or both. Reddit will claim it's a miracle supplement but I think as with anything you'd benefit from tolerance breaks if you decide to start using it. Overall I like it
>Won't bedtime cheese achieve the desired results?
you're a genius.
do this instead + wine. way healthier than popping pills
Just use Trazodone
Only thing that's guaranteed to knock you out (and maybe get your dick amputated)
Verdict on tongkat ali?
Schisandra
Cistanche
Goji berries
Ashwagandha
A good multivitamin
Spirulina
Milk Thistle
NAC
1mg melatonin
Occasionally sunifiram or PRL-8-53
used to take a whole lot more but most supplements kinda blow, and it's so much better to take natural sources (drinking green tea beats green tea extract, eatin' 'deenz beats fish oil, etc).
which supplement is like a pseudo viagra that makes pepee hard for a while?
Ashwaganda for me
It also is the single most effective herbal supplement I use
>PSMF diet
>500mg magnesium recommended
i am a perpetual ass cannon
Psyllium husk is the best supplement if you're on a high protein diet. Shit slides out so smooth, you barely have to wipe.
d vit (80ug) a few times a week since I live in northfuckistan, and ocassionally zink+magnesium
>creatine mono
>l-citrulline
Das it. Used to take D3/K2 but I would always wake up with dry eye for some reason so I stopped
>taking
Multivitamin
Fish oil
10,000 IU Vit D
Vit C
B-12
Iron
Collagen + biotin
Psyllium husk
>curious about
Glutathione
BCAAs
Amino acid supplements in general
Anything other than melatonin that will help me sleep
Biotin gave me big, painful, and deep malevolent whiteheads that couldn’t pop
What’s a good brand of fish oil to take? Looking for something to help my body deal with joint wear during working out and for my brain.
There's some really overpriced fresh oils you can buy (not capsules) but its not really worth it, eat more fish and eggs.
I eat salmon once a week and tuna few once or twice a week but that seems like enough fish but it isn’t enough omega 3. I don’t want to eat 3 or more servings of tuna every week (mercury) and I don’t want to cook salmon more than once or twice a week.
Do you think my symptoms could be caused by a nutritional deficiency?
-Always tired, often nauseous and fall asleep driving
-Always hungry
-Can't concentrate or remember anything, can't process information in general, incapable of learning anything
-Flaking skin around eyebrows/forehead, eyebrows have been falling out for 3 years
>fall asleep driving
could be something serious anon go get checked
> creatine obviously
> zinc
> magnesium
> fish oil
> ginseng extract
> cordyceps
> BCAA
game changer: fish oil, cordyceps. Makes me feel really vital and healthy in general
curious: mushroom supplements
Ashwagandha cured part of my social retardation
>What are ya taking?
Ginseng, creatine, beet powder, zinc, magnesium glycinate (best form of mg), vitamin d3
>What are ya curious about?
Nothing really
>What is that one game changer for you?
Zinc. Sleep better than before and dream much more and more vividly
>What was that one meme for you?
I fell for all the gnc bullshit back in the day. In particular I was convinced HMB was a magic bullet. If it isn't on a WADA list or it isn't basically food (protein, creatine, vitamins) it doesn't do shit.
>magnesium glycinate (best form of mg)
i have to take 4 of these and it's still not even that much magnesium. easier to just take glycine and mag separately, with mag being anything other than oxide form
>beet powder
why not just actual beets?
>I was convinced HMB was a magic bullet
how much did you take? what made you say it didn't work?
>mag glycinate
Oxide doesn't work as well. Citrate gives me the runs. I just take a standard dose. Helps a lot with sleep like zinc
>beet powder
Convience. Toss it in the protein shake. I like beets too and do eat a fair amount
>HMB
Intook whatever the label said. Turns out it doesn't do anything if you don't have wasting from terminal illness
>>What are ya taking?
Magnesium, D3, ashwagandha, sometimes zinc
>>What are ya curious about?

The Holy Grail Cummaxxing stack
don't smoke, use Zyn or similar. but there IS a free lunch. cutting, lifting, thinking--whatever you're into, these two molecules are GOATed. unironically test boosting nootropics
I crash HARD if I take zinc for too long without breaks, how the fuck do you people take it everyday? Do you have to supplement with anything other than copper?
ignorance + placebo effect is how
I took zinc alone for YEARS, probably fucked myself up
how much fucking zinc are you taking? you might also be getting a lot from your diet already depending on what you're eating. i've taken as much as 100mg a day for a week tho. only sides were smelling metal in my nose
i like it. been holding off on taking snus everyday, but maybe i should take them more often while reading. do you cycle it or something?
any reduction is just making up for overdoing it, I try to find my dose and stick to it
>3 strong cuppas before noon
>maybe 4 2mgs and 4 4mgs starting after noon
the caffeine day ends when the nicotine day starts
damn that's a lot. 2 cups of coffee are already a bit much for me. i drink them over 7 hours. and one snu packet can last me a week
>picolinate
could be why. that one gets marketed as having the best absorption, but it seems you're absorbing too much. stop it for a week, then try gluconate and see how you feel. it's the cheaper one anyway, and one bottle could easily last you a year
I've tried gluconate before actually, same thing though.
What are the chances it's a hormonal problem or some shit? I've had similar issues with ashwagandha over a longer time frame too.
>taking
Some shitty multivitamin, ZMA, omega-3, collagen, l-citrulline, sunflower lecithin, BCAA, occasionally tongkat ali and nicotine.
>curious
Pygeum sounds like it'd be fun in the bedroom but I've seen people post about the side effects so I'm holding off on it.
>game changer
L-citrulline makes post-workout soreness go away and my dick hard as DIAMONDS instantly, plus some other milder effects. Essential if you can get it cheap.
>meme
Creatine did jack shit for me except making me piss four times per hour when I started loading it.
Seems like you're sensitive to aromatase/estrogen inhibitors, are you on a cut? Up your fat intake and take zinc every other day with the occasional break and see how you handle it.
22mg picolinate, ~1 week nonstop and I get emotional numbing and limp dick. I probably get a bunch of zinc from food but I doubt I get even remotely close to the fucked up doses I've seen people talk about.
CoQ10 seems like bullshit to me, what does it do that fish oil doesn’t?
>What are ya taking?
Daily:
>zinc, mag, vit D, vit C, garlic, creatine, lecithin
Often:
B-complex, acetyl-l-carnitine, alpha lipoic acid, glutamine, citrulline, l-carnitine, taurine, NAC,
Occasional:
tyrosine, nicotine, theanine, piracetam, citicoline, armodafinil, tongkat ali, maca, horny goat weed, tribulus terrestris
Discontinued:
spirulina, coq10, resveratrol, bacopa monnieri, greens powders, kava, ashwagandha
>What are ya curious about?
anything that reduces fatigue (my workouts are killing me even with good sleep and nutrition) and improves focus. would gladly take recs
>What is that one game changer for you?
nothing. i am definitely healthier than before i started all this, but i can't pinpoint any. none are so important that i can't live without it. i've had good days without relying on anything, and days taking things did nothing to help. but maybe the changes are so gradual that i didn't even notice i was doing much better until a long time after using
>What was that one meme for you?
supplements are kind of a meme. at this point, i'm relying on decent studies and subjective feeling on what to keep. nothing has beaten the mood i get after a good night's sleep, a nice workout, a tasty meal and a shower, and then a good book to top it off. as for work, just having a clear goal and knowing what to do to get there has gotten me way farther than any pill. a strong internal sense of where to go, what to do, and how to course-correct is more important than short highs that you gradually build tolerance to.
Never had much success with cum holy grail so I decided to put an end to it once and for all and go all out.
>3g Pumpkin seed oil
>3,6 g Lecithin
>50 mg Zinc picolinate
>2 g Fenugreek
>600 mg Testofen (Fenugreek extract with 50 % saponins)
>8 g Pygeum (10:1 extract so 800 mg).
A couple of days into it so I haven't started weighing my cum. Cum increased by about 15 %. Always wanted to precum like a faucet but even on these doses I don't get any increase in precum. One thing that stands out is the color of my cum. The last bit of cum is green...
Usually I cum 7 grams if I cum every day. Hoping to get to over 14 g with this (could get above 10 g with lecithin and zinc alone which appear to have the most effect).
Next stop is HCG monotherapy (or maybe alongside enclomiphene).
those are retardedly high doses. you will smell weird if you don't already
>those are retardedly high doses
thanks
>you will smell weird if you don't already
If smelling like a cummaxxer is weird then I don't want to be normal
cabergoline (plus cialis for easier erection)
You can also try PT-141
F-phenibut is you have mental blocks
Caber can cause twisting of the spine lol fuck taking that unless you legit have parkinsons or some real prolactin issue.
>vit d / k2
>vit e
>b complex

>copper and zinc sometimes
>creatine
>nac
>glutothione
>chaga in coffee
>300/200 mg/w test/primo
>25 mg tbol, 10 mg cialis on workout days which is about 2 days a week
Obviously the steroids have been good. Magnesium glycinate is one I would recommend to everyone as it helped my sleep. I think my supplement stack outside of steroids has keep me healthy. Haven't been sick in 7 years. No covid vax, never tested, but never been sick with it
oh and I also do
>250 iu HCG eod to keep the plums plump
and recently ordered some bpc157 to fuck around injecting 500mcg into sore spots when I get them
what brand of fish oil do you buy?
anyone tried saw palmetto?
>Saw Palmetto
I've taken it before but only as part of the coom stack, as a result I can't say too much about it.
I didn't have any side effects, noticeably more coom and precum and even after stopping it's more than before.
Aggression, almost angry. Higher libido.
More an acute affect than chronic
How many supplements is too much? Tryin to decide what I want to take daily.

I'll hijack this thread with a non-supplement question, too, unless of course one can consider lack of stimuli a deficiency
>stimulants
Does anybody know if regularly consuming stimulants potentially is a factor that impacts vitamin levels or something?
Specifically dextroamphetamine, but also caffeine/nicotine
>What are ya taking?
Zinc, Magnesium, D
>What are ya curious about?
B, D
>D
How much of a meme are D supplements? I live close to the polar circle so I've been taught that getting enough D is important during the dark months, but I've read posts here and there bashing it
>B
Is B12 deficiency common?
>What is that one game changer for you?
Sunlight - makes me happy and energetic
>What was that one meme for you?
Iron - eating meat isn't difficult
I'm not very well read up on metabolism nor do I frequent IST, so if there's some obvious answer to my ponderings please assume that I don't know of it
>Does anybody know if regularly consuming stimulants potentially is a factor that impacts vitamin levels or something?
caffeine can affect b vitamins absorption and the increased urination also makes you piss out more minerals and water soluble vitamins.
coffee is good for lot of stuff, and bad-ish for minor elements if consumed in excess
multi but idk if dosage is meaningful or placebo
d3
just ordered creatine, omg3 and zinc
Do the crazy dreams stop after a while if you take zinc?
tongkat basically deleted my anxiety
will i feel like god on earth if i complement with aswaganfgda
i know i dont get much sunlight but this shit literally still does nothing
d3+k2
magnesium glycinate
nac
melatonin
i will stop taking vit d now and get back on it come winter
melatonin helps me go to bed a bit earlier so i will keep taking it
will most likely stop taking magnesium and nac once my stack runs out
good magnesium is a bit too expensive and nac doesn't seem worthy it since that i don't abuse amphetamines anymore
>melatonin
Everything you say is a lie
?
Melatonin is a meme placebo supplement.
idk what to tell you, it makes me sleepy

lean meat cuts, chicken breast, fatty fish, eggs, milk, whole grains, fruits, leafy greens and vegetables
Far as I understand, vitamins/nutrients compete for absorption, so is taking your stack all at once kinda just ruining your ability to actually absorb them? Should I space this stuff out through the day?
Any copper or boron supplementers here?
Whats the consensus on collagen? I used to take it but I ran it through my doc and he told me it’s broken down into something else regardless and is not necessarily effective to recover connective tissue or bring back firmness of skin.
He explained vitamins that address skin health are more useful, not really sure which ones though
Maybe vit c vit a vit e?
Vit c makes sense, I use topical vit e oil for skin texture but will investigate if I can take capsules instead. Thanks m8
I haven’t heard of that, will look up what makes it different from powdered form, thanks anon
for joints take undenatured type 2 collagen (usually marketed as "uc-ii")
Literally all you need
Enjoy baldness.
Why what causes it?
>>What are ya taking?
Zinc and Msgnesium at night
>>What are ya curious about?
If I need calcium and/or Vit D since I'm inside most all day everyday
>>What is that one game changer for you?
Zinc supposedly helps your immune system. Ever since routinely taking zinc, I'm hardly ever since but maybe once a day. Something went around my family a few weeks ago, they had fevers and aches for multiple days, I had it less than 24 hours.
In fact, that Emergen-C stuff that's supposed to help reduce colds? Yeah it has an ass load of vitamin C but know what else? A ton of zinc.
>>What was that one meme for you?
Niacinamide - is supposed to help reduce a red face but after going through an entire bottle I didn't notice anything different
EHAT FISH OIL BEAND DO I BUY
Coconut oil and magnesium, and anime
I take a multivitamin, Zinc, and ashwagandha.
Any recommended supplements for testosterone?
IU D3
>B-Complex
>NAC-L-Cysteine
>Ashwaganda
>Zinc
>Magnesium
>Multivitamin
>Lion's Mane
Anything else I could add? Particularly something that might give me a little energy / less brain fog?
Reduce your ashwaganda for energy.
Increase your VitC and Omega 3 for the brain fog.
Look into iodine
I’m on TRT and HGH. Everything else is a waste of money. If your supplements even contain a fraction of what’s claimed on the bottle your body will only absorb a small fraction of that.
Only thing that puts me off the juice is the risk of sterility.
I can’t fault you for that. Most people will able to maintain fertility with HCG though.
Black Seed Oil
Fish Oil
Vitamin D3
Vitamin B3
Vitamin C
Vitamin E
Magnesium Citrate
Magnesium L-threonate
NAC
I used to take coom supplements like sunflower lecithin until I remembered that I didn't have a wife.
>Magnesium Citrate
>Magnesium L-threonate
why take 2 type of magnesium?
i want to try rhodiola rosea or ksm66 ashwagandha for anxiety/depression, which is more effective?
