What about canned cod livers or other canned fish containing lots of 'fish oil'?

        Anonymous

Not sure about canned cod liver but one of those youtube chiropractors made the claim that canned fish was oxidised too, he got called out on it, so he actually got canned fish like sardines tested and they weren't.

It will oxidize in the body since it's 98F and fat fish lives in the cold oceans. You need vitamin E to mitigate some of the harm. I still don't take any fish oils.

Only some brands are like that, usually the cheapest ones. There are some high quality fish oils that pass rancidity tests with flying colors.

Not true, they ad antioxidants to the oil, at least my oil, and vitamin e which is also an antioxidant.

When I take Omega3 I can concentrate better, am calmer. I take 3 big capsules a day. about 530mg of EPA

I take one a day either of these: swanson multivit, generic D3+C vit tab , D3+K2+A vit complex in liquid form. So i basically cycle through of them.
1 Tab of Zinc 25mg + 2mg copper complex daily.

I'm taking a daily shot of:

2 - 2.5dl 1.5% - 2.8% fat milk warmed up, unfortunately don't have access to raw milk here
    20-30g hydrolized collagen peptide
    around 1tbsp of nesquick opti-start
3.6g of magnesium citrate (this covers the recommended daily intake),will buy magnesium glycinate next time instead
3g of glycine; could be taking more but i don't see the point
    1tsp of honey

If anyone have anything that i could/should add to this mix that would be great. Recently i was thinking about adding 1 raw egg to it. Bad/good idea?
Also in what liquid should i dissolve NAC? Apparently milk doesn't work because it just mixes with it but not dissolve? But in plain water it tastes horrible.
Can i mix NAC and salt at the same time in water?

Does anyone have experience taking DIM it’s a natural aromatase inhibitor found in broccoli and other cruciferous vegetables. It’s said to help the body metabolize excess estrogen and help stop the conversion of testosterone into estrogen. Thoughts? Anyone taken this as a natty and felt results?

it works well as a detox. your piss will be nickelodeon orange.

Zinc. Sleep better than before and dream much more and more vividly

I fell for all the gnc bullshit back in the day. In particular I was convinced HMB was a magic bullet. If it isn't on a WADA list or it isn't basically food (protein, creatine, vitamins) it doesn't do shit.

      >magnesium glycinate (best form of mg)
i have to take 4 of these and it's still not even that much magnesium. easier to just take glycine and mag separately, with mag being anything other than oxide form
      >beet powder
      why not just actual beets?

damn that's a lot. 2 cups of coffee are already a bit much for me. i drink them over 7 hours. and one snu packet can last me a week

22mg picolinate, ~1 week nonstop and I get emotional numbing and limp dick. I probably get a bunch of zinc from food but I doubt I get even remotely close to the fricked up doses I've seen people talk about.

          >picolinate
could be why. that one gets marketed as having the best absorption, but it seems you're absorbing too much. stop it for a week, then try gluconate and see how you feel. it's the cheaper one anyway, and one bottle could easily last you a year

    >What are ya curious about?
anything that reduces fatigue (my workouts are killing me even with good sleep and nutrition) and improves focus. would gladly take recs
    >What is that one game changer for you?
nothing. i am definitely healthier than before i started all this, but i can't pinpoint any. none are so important that i can't live without it. i've had good days without relying on anything, and days taking things did nothing to help. but maybe the changes are so gradual that i didn't even notice i was doing much better until a long time after using
    >What was that one meme for you?
supplements are kind of a meme. at this point, i'm relying on decent studies and subjective feeling on what to keep. nothing has beaten the mood i get after a good night's sleep, a nice workout, a tasty meal and a shower, and then a good book to top it off. as for work, just having a clear goal and knowing what to do to get there has gotten me way farther than any pill. a strong internal sense of where to go, what to do, and how to course-correct is more important than short highs that you gradually build tolerance to.

Never had much success with cum holy grail so I decided to put an end to it once and for all and go all out.
    >3g Pumpkin seed oil
    >3,6 g Lecithin
    >50 mg Zinc picolinate
    >2 g Fenugreek
    >600 mg Testofen (Fenugreek extract with 50 % saponins)
    >8 g Pygeum (10:1 extract so 800 mg).

A couple of days into it so I haven't started weighing my cum. Cum increased by about 15 %. Always wanted to precum like a faucet but even on these doses I don't get any increase in precum. One thing that stands out is the color of my cum. The last bit of cum is green...
Usually I cum 7 grams if I cum every day. Hoping to get to over 14 g with this (could get above 10 g with lecithin and zinc alone which appear to have the most effect).

Next stop is HCG monotherapy (or maybe alongside enclomiphene).
