Those made in fastfood chains absolutely are.
Hyperprocesed ~~*bread*~~. Mystery meat. Fake cheese. Whatever sauce you put on there.

If you make them yourself with a decent bun made from just flour, yeast water and salt and high quality ingredients it's an absolutely based food.

Poison is a tad harsh term considering the lethal dose is thousands of kilograms over decades. Even Nicokado isnt dead yet.

the bread sucks and the sauces are just high calorie slop. replace the bread with whole grain or remove it and take away the goysauce and you've got a healthy meal. well as healthy as fried meat can be.

    The ingredients are low quality
Meat is mostly animal anus/guts (the worst meat that no one wants when animals get sacrificed)
    Bread is ultra processed shit
And the fries full of trans fats and sugar drink that comes with it.

Heavily sprayed if not organic, grown with artifical fertilizer
    >Meat
Low quality scrap meat, made tasty with MSG (cancer), probably sodiumnitrates added for longevity (cancer)
    >Bread
If its not whole wheat organic, its cancer.

It isn’t. Chugging down ice cream and Coke is. Even then it is ok if you watch it, but then you do it 5 times a day or order enough to feed an entire family at once. It is easier to blame the company, the government, the weather, literally anything that isn’t yourself.

Bread is made with enriched inorganic flour. Enriched meaning they put metal shavings into it. Inorganic meaning the flour is sprayed with glyphosate and agrochemicals (cancerous). Not to mention the bun is made with fricking basedbean oil. The veg are all inorganic and probably GMO. The meat is feed lot beef that was shot up with steroids, antibiotics, hormones and vaccines. Not to mention it was fed a diet of GMO corn.
