      I compete in mma, so I have to diet pretty hard and I drop from 75kg to 70kg in a month 3 to 4 times a year all while traing twice as hard as usual.
      Severe caloric deficit is the real killer of libido.
      Two weeks after the competitions and me jumping back to 75kg is where my libido skyrockets for a week or two, before it crashes down again.

            I'd say ashwaganda is fine in a sleep supplement, testosterone booster, or some nootropic blend but I wouldn't buy it on its own and expect it to really do something. I'd say the same thing for almost all herbal supplements honestly.

      i had to toss that out of my stack recently
