not gonna lie it’s a bit discouraging. I thought I would deflate now I’ve come to realise you barely need to maintain what you’ve already built. I really think newbies should just roid for 6 months and then roll with it

Don't do this, anon. You work ethic and habits is the gains you are losing here.
Before you know it you have taken 6 months off, maybe go once a week, 1 year of going once a week at best. Then you stop all together. Getting the habit and motivation back is very difficult.
The biggest mistake people make is thinking the only gains they are making are with their muscles when they are also making mental gains. Don't lose them.
I already did man I had a baby. I’m going back today but still I’m just noting that you will not in fact lose all your gains suddenly
I haven't lifted most of this year due to injury and being lazy. I gained about 15-20 lbs and ~7% body fat. I can still move like 80% of the weight I did before and probably only guys can tell I lift now. Craziest part to me is that only a few months will undo it all.
I literally just do two sets to failure every day once in the morning once in the evening and look as good and big as I did when I use to do 5x5 3x10 shit every other day. OHP bench curls lat raises all you need. Squat and dl if you’re twink mode but I hike and mountain bike so I don’t frick with it

That's what i did. 200mg test first 3 months and then added in 350mg of tren the last 3 months i went from 120lbs 5'10 to 170lbs in just 6 months. 12%bf ottor mode body achieved. Now I'm cutting the tren out and just keep cruising on my 200mg test
