Lifting 1 year - no progress

Give it to be straight and unfiltered bros, does it even look like I fricking lift.
Few things frustrate me as much as missing/incredibly slow "progress"
Can I make it until maybe July to look somewhat decent?

Full body workout at home, 2-3x a week.
      >pushups
      >pull ups
      >chin ups
      >biceps curls
      >overhead press
      >shrugs
      >side raises
      >lunges
      >crunches
Nutrition: I try to eat healthy, little to no sugar, but sometimes munch of chips. Lots of meat and cheese. The most brutal bottleneck is probably protein. Even if I try my absolute hardest, I maybe eat 50-60g a day.

Eat more protein, gradually increase the weight, you need to add dips and a type of benchpress

Add more weight. Add barbell row, bench press. Also, EAT MORE
        Its really simple

this needs an overhaul. Gains come from sleep, proper diet, proper training .
Get a copy of vertical diet. You can get 1g/lb protein from whole food sources.
It doesn't sound like you have a barbell rack at home which is almost necessary as a beginner. Do you have issues accessing a gym facility?

        > I maybe eat 50-60g a day.

No, the issue is not protein. The issue is you still eat like shit and think you can get jacked because you're a moron and you watch Sam Sulek videos and think that all you need to do is eat cornflakes and chocolate milk. YOU FRICKING STUPID moron. You don't deserve to be big because you're SUCH A DUMB c**t.

Two medium sized chicken breasts (440g total) have 140g protein.

You stupid fricking dumb c**t. Stop lying to yourself and eat proper food instead of pissarsing around at homr for an hour and then stuffing your fat little ass with chippies whilst you watch the latest episode of star trek lower decks.

        moron.

        >I try and eat healthy; lots of meats and cheese. 60g of protein a day
        lmao
How do you eat lots of meats and cheese yet only get 60g of protein a day?

        jesus crhrist dude
why set yourself up for failure that much?
        >join a gym
        >set up 1 (one) appointment with someone that knows how to fix your dumbfrick diet
        >like a sports nutritionist
that's all you have to do
access to weights, access to proper diet
you progress would've been tenfold just by doing these two simple things in the beginning
        >inb4 hurr durr diet is easy
        not easy enough, obviously
        >inb4 no access do gym
now that's kind of a b***h. homegym it is then, i guess

What. How? Unless you consume absolutely miniscule amounts of good that should be literally impossible.

Can you share a picture of your body 1 year ago?
I'm sure you gained some muscle.
The good thing is you can repeat that year after year, and progressively get more and more muscular.
1 year isn't enough to see a major transformation. Don't give up now.

      >1 year isn't enough to see a major transformation
Lies, 1st year is when you see the most gains if you actually have proper macros and lift HARD. You can legit put on like 10lbs of muscle easily, around 15-20 if you are not moronic and even more if you have genetics.

Maybe you should have gone to the gym and lifted actual weights.
