After 3 years of not lifting due to a severe motorcycle accident u have gotten fat as shit and out of shape.
Please give motivation to get me shredded again

    This is the perfect example of why you can't see whether someone is fat, strong, buitlfat, bodybuilder w/ high bf% etc.

        We won't judge you, anon, you were in a motorcycle accident. Show us what you're working with, use it as motivation. Imagine how good it'll feel to look at your before and after pic when you get shredded again.

      Are you literally fricking blind? It's painfully obivious that he's a nonlifter. No matter how loose the clothes are you can always tell.

    Sorry to hear that man, that's why I quit riding. I really thought hard about what was more important to me, riding or lifting and decided that lifting brought more to my life.

    Once muscle mass has been obtained, it is easier to get it back than it was to obtain it the first time. Don’t settle for shredded this time, push for the absolute limit of what your body can do.

      This is good advice. Your body will be wrecked though. Skin rough, streaks, acne. Hope you’re willing to be ugly. Your body won’t be as tight ever again from gaining weight trying to hit that new pr either.

    I feel you man. Was in a motorcycle cycle accident this last April April. Had surgery to reconnect my fractured clavicle, got my sling off on June 9th. Extremely humbling experience to go from OHP 160lb to barely doing seated press with 5lb dumbbells with it hurting. I’ve been stretching my arm and most of my mobility has come back along with doing my old PPL routine but modified a bit with baby weights. Resistance bands and muscle memory have helped tremendously. At least I’m down 60lbs.

      Nice man, good on ya, I broke both my legs and my wrist, was wheelchair bound for a long time
