I know this is a moronic zoomer but if you think traditional shit like recording your workouts is goofy you're actually the problem with modern gyms, you go to the gym in small gangs and hog the one good bench press whilst you're benching 60kg, get at best 1 set every 10 minutes so it's occupied forever.

Im using something called "strong" on android (using a modded premium apk). It seems to work pretty godo and has charts etc. if you want them.

Where did you get the modded premium app? I used to pirate every single apk years ago but I'm too scared of pajeet scams now

I have both Strong and Fitnotes on my phone, but tend to just use onenote as it syncs well between phone and PC.

    It's literally all you need.
Create your own diagrams and statistics instead of relying on some homosexual app designer doing it in the most moronic and homosexual way possible. Also no ads.

Tbf you have to have a certain IQ to be able to use Excel which is obviously too much to ask of homosexuals like you
