You need to try at least a little bit
You’re doing something wrong I’ve been lifting off and on (mostly off) for the past ~5 or so years and I’m repping 2 plates
I’m staying lean all year around, so my strength is barely going up nowadays
>bulking and cutting is a meme bro just do body recomp
>oh wtf I'm not getting any results guess natty lifting is pointless
moron
That’s not your issue, post
>body
>routine
>hours of sleep
>staying skinny...ayo we call it maingaining bro fr fr fr
Some day you twinks will learn.
The variables that are in your control here are your form, your program, your diet, and your recovery. There are probably adjustments that could be made to all three to help you push through a plateau. If you are an adult male with no chronic injuries or deformities, you can get to 2pl8.
So what’s wrong with your form, program, diet, and recovery?
>So what’s wrong with your form
if i knew, i'd have fixed it.
Wtf are you doing? I hit 2pl8 for 1rm in 18 months and that was with shit diet
losers like you give me strength to go forward
>lifting for 8 years
>bench 160kg
Yyour genetics are the joke
i don’t think anybody is forcing you to stay natty
Its not natty lifting, its you
Been lifting for over ten years here too.
>deadlift over 4 pl8s easy
>squat 3.5 pl8s
>can't bench 2 pl8s
feels bad, man. it's a form issue. bench press is surprisingly technical, and i haven't cracked it yet.
>lifting for 1.5 years
>hit 2pl8 bench on a hypertrophy routine
>couldn't even bench properly (no equipment and pl8s) for the first year
Not my problem you can't program or diet for shit
Bench more. Eat more.
You obviously gotta eat more, but also try including more high rep work. It trains all the little muscles that are holding you back.
For example when I do 10x10 with bench press, my upper back gets extremely sore.
I've been lifting for 3 and I can bench 2 plates
