Lifting has made me more aware of my skeleton and organs, and how fragile the human body is. How do I overcome this?
Everytime I bench, there is this fear that my grip will slip and the bar will crack my skull open.
Everytime I DB OHP, there is this fear that I will break my wrists.
Everytime I eat chicken wings or drumsticks, I cannot but think about my bones, cartlidges, and muscles.
Does this ever go away?
