Someone tells me to bulk. Another year of lifting went from 160 lbs to 188 lbs. Double chin, just look fat.

Cut down to 170 lbs. Still just fat.

Later found out you need to do steroids to get a decent body.

All the tiktokers, all the celebrity actors, all the athletes, all the fitness youtubers, they just do steroids.

You will never have a decent body without steroids.

      Yeah, I have advanced lifts according to my weight on a lot of lifts i.e. OHP, bench press, deadlift and squat.

      Doesn't even matter through as it just steroids at the end of the day.

      Literally, lifting is a fricking joke and waste of time. Should have done steroids like the 18 year old tiktokers are doing.

        I'm going to tell you how it is. It isn't looking good or moving a bunch of weight that makes someone great, true greatness is found in the pursuit of progress. Did you do better than last time? Congrats you're greater than you were before.

    while this is true, you can also get a decent body natty. a good example of natty potential is alan thrall when he cut, and the brofessor. both look good and are relatively lean
    I do agree though that you won't be roid-big natty, that's why strength training makes more sense for nattys. Roiding still has no point though, since you'll either stop roiding and immediately lose all your gains or blast and cruise your way to an early grave

Your sleep does not need to be as good when you're on gear and you don't need to worry about your micronutrients you might be missing because you're not relying on endogenous hormone production. Factors aside from just your big 3 macronutrients are not a big factor for building muscle when you take away the need for natural hormone production.
              For example, look at the dudes who say they've blasted Tren and got bigger than ever but couldn't sleep for shit. Now tell me again you still need your sleep to be Perfect to make gains on roids. It's just not the reality.

    It is but it unironically takes 10+ years. Every single guy that I know in real life that look good, genuinely impressive not 3 month lifter and I hear and talk about their sports background, it's 15 years of ice hockey then 10-15 years of lifting.

    It's just that 99,999% of the people haven't and can't commit to that long. People keep throwing the "achievable in 2-3 years" if not just 1 year but it's just a dead giveaway of people high on babby gain euphoria after lifting for 4 months. You absolutely can looking fricking great as a natural, even better than some roiders posting their cycle results on reddit. The difference is just that it's unironically a lifelong commitment and 10-15 years. You won't get there in 2-3 years. And you won't get there in 6 months like roiders do. So that's the "black pill".

    If your ultimate goal is to look like Jeff Seid and bang as many girls as you can while still in the university yeah you need to take steroids. If you are not in a hurry and you are virgin and doing it "for yourself" then no it is not pointless to lift without steroids.
