      but also change your routine. do a powerlifting routine or arnolds volume plan. do only strength training. start doing oly lifts. add cardio. do whatever just don't stop.

    shut the fuck up you piece of shit, you take health and lifting for granted. I was the same until I dislocated my shoulder because I fell when blackout drunk and now I cant lift anymore because it keeps fucking popping out of its socket and I probably need surgery soon so lifting is probably never going to be the same again and I'll have to do cardio which i fucking hate, I put on a shitton of weight and Im fat as fuck now because im depressed as fuck now because i cant lift or do kickboxing anymore and Im probably going to kms soon.     Your routine is probably bloated and you've realized that getting huge is vain/unnecessary, and lifting for pure strength is gay/fat. Do a minimal routine where you only hit compounds in a rep range that YOU personally enjoy. Still progressively overload and eat right, but don't make lifting the most important thing in your life. Lifting should supplement your lifestyle.
