Being disciplined is the motivation
Your routine is probably bloated and you've realized that getting huge is vain/unnecessary, and lifting for pure strength is gay/fat. Do a minimal routine where you only hit compounds in a rep range that YOU personally enjoy. Still progressively overload and eat right, but don't make lifting the most important thing in your life. Lifting should supplement your lifestyle.
